I Ain't Bobby

I sat with Benedito on the couch, in the living room, in the house I used to live in that now technically belonged to Rob. We had stayed with my parents well into the night and by 10pm they were ready to go to bed. On the other hand for us, the party was just getting started. 

JD and Delilah shared a couch of their own and I could not help but swoon every time they looked at each other. Anyone could see they were in love but Delilah's stubbornness would always rein supreme. 

"So what's going on with you two?" I wiggled my eyebrows as I rested against the couch with my arm around Benedito's waist as his hand rested on my thigh. 

They both looked at each other before JD said, "I asked her to move in with me but she being stubborn."

"I ain't being stubborn, I just like my independence," she argued with a cheeky grin, "plus I ain't never lived with a man before."
