[Bonus chapter] A Delicacy

"It's just a snake Fofo," I laughed. 

He looked back at me with a facial expression of both horror and bewilderment, "It's a rattle snake Bobby!"

"They around all the time. If you're going to live here you should get used to it," I snickered as I reached for the picnic basket and pulled out my revolver. 

As I put the bullets in he whispered, "What are you going to do with that?"

"Just a warning shot, they often run away," I shrugged. 

"What if it just comes to us?"

"Then I'll kill it with my bare teeth and it will be our breakfast tomorrow," I showed him my teeth then laughed as he rolled his eyes. 

"You eat them!" he gaped but got scared that the rattle snake would come closer so he whispered, "How could you eat a snake?"
