After learning that Lisa was going to be absent at such a crucial time, Ruby was at a loss. Ruby was pacing back and forth in her office. Half an hour was left for Mr. Robert Atkins to come to the company and she was practically shaking. Although she met many persons in the business field, but she was feeling nervous and afraid at the same time, because he mentioned that he was going to meet the President only.

On the other hand, Elliot was so shocked that his jaws dropped open. He was unable to speak for a long time. When he finally opened his mouth, the first question he asked was, "Why didn't anybody tell me that Roby is working with Soph?"

"WHAT?", they all yelled together.

They did not know that Robert was working with Sophia. Their childhood friend has returned but none of them knew. So, this is the reason of Sophie's decision. So, she wanted to protect Robert and also, run away from him. Now they understood why she did not return home yesterday.

But one one hand, they were happy that Robert was back, on the other hand they knew that Sophie was trying to cope up with the previous incidents, and she won't let anybody enter her life absolutely. She lost trust in people. They were worried about the outcome.

At Scarlett Inc.

Robert arrived at exactly 10 a.m. and went through the necessary security procedures and took the lift to the President's office immediately. Ruby was waiting for him there.

"Sir, actually....", Ruby couldn't form a single sentence. She didn't know what to say.

"What?"

"Um... Actually, President is not in her office."

"Not in her office? Then, where is she?"

"Actually President has taken a month long vacation."

"A month long vacation? After signing the contract with us, she took a month long vacation? Are you joking with me?", each of his words chilled Ruby to her bones. She couldn't help but shiver.

"But Sir, ever since she formed this company, she never took a single vacation!"

His lips formed a thin line and he was at the edge of his temper, he was one step away from lashing at someone. He somehow controlled himself and said, "Give me her personal number."

"I am unable to do that Sir. Please try to understand."

"Ya, I understand", with that he turned away and left.

Seeing his gloomy face, Ruby was a bit afraid to say anything more, so she nodded.

William and his friends all appeared together, and the receptionist said,"Sir, sorry to inform that President is on a leave."

They were searching for Robert, so, they did not notice the receptionist. At last, Elliot stepped forward to speak to the ignored receptionist. He flashed a bright smile which showed his pearly teeth. The wild aura with a tinge of playfulness made many ladies ready to throw them into his arms. The receptionist swooned upon seeing such a handsome hunk. She stared at him. Elliot had dark hair which reached his shoulders. He had an earring in one of his ears. A series of tattoos could be seen on both of his arms. He was wearing a t-shirt which hung closely to his skin, thus portraying his muscular chest. There were no blemishes on his fair skin. His green eyes had the power to captivate one's soul. He had well defined jaws which were cleanly shaved and rows of pearly teeth. His perfect eyebrows on his wide forehead added to his handsomeness. The receptionist, named Mia was blown away by his "beauty".
