Green: The Alpha World

Raliz opened the car excitedly and ran towards the old man.

The old man's appearance doesn't really tell that he is very old because he looks like in his 40's. You could just tell that he is old because of his grey hair.

" Grandpa!" Raliz hugged her Grandpa really tight.

With opened hands, her Grandpa wrapped his arms around her too.

"You sure grew so fast!" Grandpa Rex patted Raliz's head.

"Yes, Of course. I have your genes you know." Raliz gave a smile at her Grandpa.

A couple and a handsome, young teenager walked towards the two. They are Raliz's parents and her brother.

"Ranz, Monica, it's so good to see you both again." Rex greeted.

"It's nice to see you too, Rex." Monica said and smiled pleasantly.

"Hi, Dad."Ranz got closer and hugged Rex.

"Dad, Can we leave Raliz he-"

"Oh sure, sure, sure. Leave her to me!" Rex said excitedly. Ranz's face looked worried.

"Dad, You know what I mean...", Ranz looked at Rex seriously. It's like there's a hidden meaning of what he said.

Raliz noticed it, too.

Rex's face turned serious. "Of course. For family, I'll do it for family."

Rex patted Ranz's shoulder and said,"Rest assured. She'll be fine."

Rex grabbed something in his pocket and went to Rane. Rane hugged Rex. Rex handed something to Rane. Rane's eyes opened wide.

"Get well soon, okay?" Rex said.

Rane had this strange mysterious illness. Raliz don't know what it is and its because no doctors could say what it is. Raliz knew that the trip that her parent's will be going is where the cure for her brother's illnesses.

" Raliz... Be good, okay?" Ranz said and hugged Raliz tightly like he won't be seeing her for the longest time.

Also, Monica came over hugged Raliz tightly, too.

Raliz was a little suspicious of what is happening but eventually, she threw it away on the back of her head.

"Hey, sis. Don't be stupid. Use force if you can't solve the problem with your heart or your brain." That was Rane's last words for his sister. And raised his fist towards Raliz.

Raliz smiled. "Alright, lil' bro. Get well soon." She formed a fist and bump it to Ranz's fist.

Raliz waved goodbye to the departing car. Raliz turned around saw her Grandfather waiting at the gate.

"Raliz!" Rex called and threw something at her. It was a Green Gem.

" What is this, Grandpa?" Raliz said in confusion. She inspect the Gem and found it very beautiful.

"A lucky Charm."

"Why?"

"Because we're going hunting." As Rex said this words, Raliz's eyes shone with excitement.

They entered the Gate together.

Raliz was amazed by the beauty of the Villa. She was greeted by very beautiful Garden fountains, flowers with different colors and strange plants and trees.

The whole Villa looks like a forest itself because of the greeneries and plants. A large Grand white Mansion could be seen in the middle of this forest-like area.

Raliz climbed a very long staircase and finally arrived the front door. A man in a black suit bowed before Raliz.

"Welcome back, Madam Raliz!" The man greeted.

" Thank You, William." William, the Butler smiled and saw Rex.

"Master..." William bowed again and opened the door.

A Golden Chandelier on the ceiling attracted Raliz at the first glance and then, she looked at the other things in the mansion.

Two Golden Staircases, one on the left and one on the right, that led to the second floor attracted Raliz.

" Go to your room now and get changed." Rex said.

"Ok, Grandpa."

Raliz ran immediately up to the staircase and went to her room.

She arrived at her room. When she opened the door, a forest-like designs appeared in front of her. Her room looks like a part of a forest. Everything is Green and live.

Raliz went to her wardrobe and put her stuff in and changed her outfit.

She wore a comfy and stretchable pants and a green shirt. And top it with a black leather jacket.

Raliz went to the balcony and saw a beautiful view. She inhaled the fresh air and exhaled.

"I missed this."

Every summer, her parents always bring her here. It is not because her parents want to but she pleaded to.

She always spent summer vacation here with her Grandpa because its very fun and nice.

She likes the forest, the sights and the view of her balcony. She likes the life in the forest than in the city where she usually lives.

This Villa was owned by her Grandpa for the longest of years now. The Villa is located between two beautiful mountains. The Mountains looked very much alike that is why these two were called, Twin Mountains.

Twin Mountains were also owned by her Grandpa.

Raliz really admired this Beautiful Villa and its Mountains.

Raliz's bag was packed up by many useful things in hunting. She also has a gun. The Gun was specially made for hunting and has a very incredible firepower and the bullets are made up by a very special material that could break through metal walls if paired up by the special Gun.

The Gun is called a Hunting Rifle. It has very unique design and its barrel is long and straight. It was very comfy to use because of the material that is used for making its stock.

It has a scope too that helps boosting or giving good accuracy of the hunter.

Raliz and her Grandpa did stretching first.

After that, Raliz said, "Come on, Grandpa. Let's go."

"Halt!"

Raliz stopped abruptly.

She turned to look at her Grandpa. She smiled but different from those sweet and caring. Now, its playful and unpredictable. Its sadistic and mind-playing.

Aside from the beautiful Villa and the scenery here, the reason why Raliz wants to spend her summer here, its because of the incredible trainings her Grandfather gives.

Her Grandpa trained her to be the best of the best. Her Grandpa honed her talents and skills. He sharpened her senses and improved her physic. Although, Raliz has a height problem but all in all, she became a diamond in the shadows.

No one knew how much development did Raliz gained from her training but only the person who taught her and shaped her, Rex, Raliz's Grandfather.

"Don't forget, the moment you accepted the training, you can never back down and continue to develop. And... I see now how much you improved. Not the height, though... Sorry..." Rex cleared his throat when he add the height issues of Raliz.

Raliz's eyes twitched.

'Oh my God! He brought that up...' she thought, feeling annoyed.

"Today, this is your final training. Survival." This time, Rex's tone became scary and stern.

"You need to hunt an animal in this mountains. It is the King of this mountains, the Giant Grizzly Bear."

The moment he said this, Raliz swallowed her saliva.

It is indeed all about surviving. Because she need to get out alive and kill this monstrous beast.

A bear! Yes, A bear!

What kind of training this is? Who could kill a Grizzly on their own? That's impossible! Ridiculous!

Raliz didn't hesitate and nodded. She accepted this last training.

'This really deserves to be called the last training! This is outrageous! But... This is the last training where I could show Grandpa what I've learned, where... I could give my all.'

"Are you ready? Do you still need something?"Rex asked.

Raliz think for a second and decided to borrow some ropes, a pistol and a knife.

William, the Butler, brought over the items. Raliz put the items on her bag.

"Grandpa... I'm ready!" Raliz said with full of energy.

"Alright. You may go. I wish you luck." Rex smiled.

Raliz went to the mountains alone.
