God's Experimental Application

New Hope Public High School, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.

A male student, Sora, was being brutally punched and kicked. He is a smart man with black hair and black eyes. He is wearing the uniform of his school which has now become tattered and full of holes. Despite being somewhat handsome, he is being bullied. The reason? Simple. He is poor and a big anime otaku.

In these world where people are materialistic and judgemental, Sora is the definition of the ultimate loser. Despite being poor, Sora work part-time job all night until 3am and goes home, sleep and attend school from 8am to 5pm. His earnings goes to his basic needs his girlfriend Rica and the rest is spent on his hobbies.

Rica is his classmate. Despite not reaching on school beauty standards, her looks is still above average. Sora loves her very much. Now his girlfriend is watching him being being black and blue by three people. The leader, Kent is a famous bully in school. He is a son of a rich business man who owns multiple hotels and real estate.

"Ugh, it hurts", grumbled Sora.

"Ha! That's what you get for troublling my girlfriend, loser!", said Kent.

Sora squints his black-eyed eyes and glares at Rica.

"Rica... Why? I gave you everything you want. I worked so hard to please you. Why are you doing this to me!?"

"It's your fault for being poor!! Why would I want a poor boyfriend when I can have a rich one?"

"You f*cking ungrateful b*tch!!"

Sora stared at Rica in hatred. Rica can see the hatred in Sora's eyes and she felt scared.

"Stop scaring my girlfriend you son-of-a-b*itch". Kent punched Sora in the face and Sora fainted.

"Stupid fuck. Let's go. Let him die. Hahaha"

Two hours later. Sora woke up. He checked his body which is full of bruises.

"Dammit. They hit so hard. And its 3vs1. Cowards! Ugh."

Sora stands up and starts to walk outside of school. Walking on the street with his battered body, people are avoiding him thinking he is a beggar. His thoughts are muddled from pain when...

"AAAAAAHHHHHH"

Sora looked at where the scream came from and saw a middle-aged woman with a kiddy backpack in her hands on the pedestrian lane. Ahead of the screaming woman is a 5-year old kid running towards the other side and 100 meters from the kid is a speeding truck. The driver is sleeping.

"Someone please help my daughter!!"

Sora is the closest person to the kid. He suddenly starts running towards the kid and a song starts playing in his head.

"Kimi no sei kimi no sei kimi no sei de watashi uu~

Okubyou de kakko tsukanai

Kimi no sei da yo"

When Sora reached the kid, he pushed her away. The truck is only 5 meters away from Sora and he can't get away.

'Ahh... I'm gonna die getting hit by the infamous truck-kun. Am I going to be reincarnated? I'm certainly excited.'

In the face of death, Sora is excited instead of being fearful. The truck hits Sora. He is thrown towards a considerable distance. He has broken bones all over his body. His head is bleeding hard. The light in his eyes is fading. He's looking at the kid that he saved.

'Aaah. At least she's safe. I'm an orphan anyway so I don't have attachments. My only regret is dying a virgin. Live happily kid.'

Sora's consciousness is slowly fading. And then he closed his eyes.

Sora died... Or not.
