Liu Jin Yu squinted her eyes as she sipped the last drop of wine from the jar. She put it aside and peered at Xiaoming. "Give me more," she demanded, more wine.
"I don't have any wine left. I sent Sun Fuguo already. I cannot go out, else I would have fetched it for you," Xiaoming lied to her.
Liu Jin Yu moved her face closer to Xiaoming, causing him to stop blinking for a few seconds. "You are not lying, right? You don't want to give me the wine because you think I have drunk too much." She spread out her arms before lowering them down.
Xiaoming stroked her hair. "Why don't you sleep? It's already late," he opined.
"I am not sleepy," Liu Jin Yu said, and tilted her head at him. "Are you sleepy? You must go to bed early. Will you be punished if you wake up late?" She waited for Xiaoming's response.
