Chapter 3:The summer I've been waiting for.

The sunlight peeped through Harmony's window. Her alarm clock then rings. She uses her hand and stops it. She yawns sweetly as she woke up. "Today's the day". She said as she smiles.

She quickly gets up hastily, and rushes into the shower. She pulls her nightie off, switch on the shower, and gets into the water with joy as she baths with rings of smiles on her face.

After a while she comes out. She rubs her body with lotions,dried her hair with a hairdryer, wore her brown hiking shorts, a body hug,yellow, packed her hair in a plaited ponytail she then wears black sneakers.

She gets down stairs with her belongings. She was baffled to see her family waiting for her. "Your bus is ready little pumpkin". Kyle said with a sad look. "Family am ready". She said blushing. As she comes down with her luggage. "Oh my!, my darling daughter looks so cute in her little camp outfit". Her mom said giving her a tight hug and kissing her forehead.

"Mom...can't breath". As her mom releases her, she sent out a breath of relief. "Sorry dear, it's just that things would be different around here without you". "Yes your right mom, different in a good way but, will still miss you little pumpkin". Kyle said trying to hide his emotions. "It's just one and a half month, and I'll still miss you till then, buff head". "Group hug". Katelyn said,as they all hugged each other. They all then released themselves from the hug.

"Kyle,Katelyn, help your sister with her things". As they both left. Her dad then puts both his hands on Harmony's shoulders. "Dear before you go, i need to tell you something". "What may it be dad". She asked with a puzzled look. "I wanna give you my four rules as you embark at your first time in camp".

"Am all ears dad". He clears his throat as he then speaks. "First, don't be afraid or scared to try new things". "Definitely dad, am good at that". "That's my girl,secondly,be good to people no matter how they may be to you. Thirdly, be the dare devil, one who is up for the challenges". "Sure always be". "And fourthly,..... NO! boys distracting you in camp". "But dad...you know i don't have time for that".

"I know, but camp is going to teach you valuable life lessons to, you will meet boys who are out of this world...". He pauses as he clips his fingers three times. "But they are wearing many cloaks to their identity". He simply said. "Cloak!?, i don't get dad". "Don't worry you will when the time is right".

"I promise to fulfil your requests dad". She said with a lit up smile. "They aren't requests dear,they are lessons you will teach your self. I won't say much again, just remember where you come from".

The bus horns loudly, alerting Harmony to go!. "I need to go dad". She then gives him i tight hug before she rushes out of the house into the yellow bus.
