"I will bring Vaha with me back to my kingdom." Ace said brightly. "Maybe I will even tell the king that I am betrothed to her. That will throw the game off even more, don't you think so?"
"That is an awful idea," Cleo said but Ace wasn't listening.
"I am sure I can get Vaha to agree with me and play along. When that man asked me who she is, I will say that I found her off the streets." Ace mumbled to himself a sinister look appearing on his face. "Hee. Hee. Hee. Hee. Hee."
"You look more like a villain than a hero," Cleo said, moving even further away from the boy as a dark shadow appeared over him. "Cut it out! You look scary!"
"Sorry." The boy said, shrugging, a gentle smile coming on his face, creeping Cleo out even more. "It's just, I never got to bother my old man in my past life and this old man feels the same, I just want to bug him."
"And how will announcing that you are betrothed to Vaha going to bother him?"
