Bulma contacted a lot of chefs in the middle of the night in order to serve food to Whis.

These chefs came over with excitement as they entered Bulma's house.

Why? Because if the money can't solve their tiredness from their daywork, you're not using enough money.

"Money is great…" Haru commented as he looked at the line of chefs that cooked in the terrace serving Whis different types of cuisines.

Bulma's side eye twitched as he heard Haru comment that "You mean my money."

"Potayto, potahto. Same thing." Haru said as he looked at Bulma with a smile

Bulma just looked away as she snorted "I'm gonna continue to work on android 16. Make yourself at home."

Haru then said "Yeah, Thanks!"

Whis then said as well as he tried what the chef made him eat from steak, seafood, and etc "Thank you! Bulma-san! So much delicious food that I haven't eaten before, I'm really thankful."

Bulma just replied as she slowly disappeared through the shadow of the door "Yeah, yeah."

After a while Whis wiped his mouth with a handkerchief and stood up "That was highly enjoyable, Haru-san. Thank you for letting me taste all these delicious dishes that I have never tasted before, causing me to be enlightened that all of the food I've eaten before are disgusting compared to this kind of taste. Do you mind if I come back tomorrow?"

Haru laughed as he replied "Of course, I don't have money so you'll have to ask Bulma to entertain you then."

"Then, I'll be back next time." Whis said as he stood up with his staff "Hoi!" and went on his way back to Beerus' planet.

Haru stood up as well as he saw Whis get off planet and floated into the backyard of Bulma's house.

He hovered in mid air as he sat in a cross legged position and snapped his hand in case someone was looking so he'd look cool. And surrounded himself with god ki in order for others to not feel his ki.

Haru closed his eyes and thought 'The law that Which was talking about is probably similar to the law in Xianxia novels that they comprehend to reach god realm or something similar.'

'Beerus probably comprehended the minor level of the law of destruction, Whis comprehended the minor level of the law of the multiverse, Zeno comprehended the major level of the law of the multiverse but leaned more on the power of erasure considering why he couldn't just appear suddenly in some place but needed to have attendant with him, so I have to comprehend a higher law than him if I don't want him to be stronger than me. I have to comprehend the law of this whole dimension. the law of that holds the multiverse'

Haru sensed all the ki in the world, good ki, evil ki, neutral ki, space ki, and etc. He began to take them all to his body one by one. He started with the earth.

His power level was slightly increasing

But noticed that he was absorbing the life out of earth too then realized 'I see… I can't do it like a mortal becoming strong through absorbing the world, I have to do it like fusing myself with the multiverse, making the multiverse a part of myself or myself becoming the multiverse itself.

With this realization instead of taking the ki and the law of the world to his body he slowly fused to the surrounding slowly.

2 hours later, [Power Level: 1,000,723,745,315,855,546,763,785]

He fused himself with the law of the earth increasing his power by so much 'I've only fused with the law of the earth and already increased my power this much? Let's continue…'

12 hours later… [Power Level: 32,534,153,684,317,852,841,235,016]

Whis arrived to see Bulma, Goku, Gohan, and Chichi eating while watching Haru comprehend the law of the ki despite not knowing what he was doing exactly. 'It's only been half a day. He's already this strong? He's fused his soul with the law of the galaxy. A monster? No, It's much better to call him as the law of this multiverse itself at the rate of integrating the law of everything into himself.'

Bulma saw Whis and called him out "Whis-san! We have lots of delicious food! Wanna join us?!"

Whis' eyes shined as he replied "Oh my?! Really? Of course, Bulma-san, I'll join you!"

Goku looked at Whis while eating and asked Bulma, "Who's this guy?"

Bulma introduced as Whis stood beside her "This is Whis, the attendant of the god of destruction. Apparently, he's 1000x stronger than Haru. Whis-san, this is Goku, Gohan and Chichi."

Whis replied as gentlemanly as he could. "I am Whis, nice to meet you."

Goku spit out his food and reacted "What??? There's someone stronger than Haru-niisan?!"

Gohan also looked at Whis in shock after he felt Haru's pressure from feeling his momentum alone, he thought Haru was already the strongest.

Whis laughed as he looked at Haru "Ho ho ho… That might have been true last night, the same can't be said today."

Super Saiyan Goku swallowed the food in his mouth as he stood up in excitement "Can you spar with me? Whis-san!"

Whis looked at Goku from top to bottom and replied as he smiled "Of course, Goku-san. I detect some similarities in your ki state and Haru-san. Are you his disciple?"

Goku replied excitedly "Yatta!" and stretched his body as he replied to Whis' question "Somehow, I am a disciple of Haru-niisan. He trained me before to increase my base power level when I was young and taught me how to be in this new form called 'Migatte no gokui' yesterday."

Whis looked at Goku and remembered he did see Goku transform into a state Haru called the sign of Ultra instinct. He asked "Can you do it again?"

Goku scratched his head in embarrassment and replied "As embarrassing as it is, I can't do it again."

Whis nodded at Goku in understanding as he said "Understandable, not even gods could learn even the sign of the Ultra Instinct easily."

Goku looked at Whis asking "Is that so?" then looked at Haru again "But, Haru-niisan is in the complete form all the time." and looked at Whis as his hair is silver too "And maybe you too…"

Whis smiled at Goku and replied "That's because I am an angel, we were born like this. And Haru-san is an anomaly that normally wouldn't exist. He doesn't have a past, and future, it's as if he isn't an inhabitant of this multiverse, no it's more likely to say he is not an inhabitant of this multiverse."

Haru smiled as he heard what Whis just said and continued to integrate his body and soul with the rest of the multiverse.

Goku looked at Whis and said "I don't get it but it just means Haru-niisan is crazy strong right? I can't wait to be able to spar with Haru-niisan in his full strength."

Whis just smiled and thought 'Even if you trained for millions of years you won't be able to catch up with Haru at the rate he's becoming strong. He'll probably be an existence even Zeno-sama can't erase.' Whis didn't care as it's not any of his business. And Haru doesn't look like he has any evil ambition so he let it be.

Whis then heard Goku say "Here I come, Whis-san!"

Whis just floated into the sky as he said "Give it your best shot. Goku-san."

Goku flew towards Whis with incredible speed but Whis just dodged. Goku maneuvered his ki again as a stepping stone and changed his direction to fly towards Whis.

Whis was surprised at this but not really as he remembered that Goku was the disciple of Haru

Whis dodged again and Goku did the same thing, he looked like a wolf who was maneuvering in the woods as he jumped around the ki walls he conjured trying to Whis.

Goku was getting used to fighting people who always dodged so he made his ki spread out and corner Whis before exploding.

Whis just smiled at this and disappeared from his spot before Goku enveloped the whole space he was standing in and poked Goku in the forehead with his finger sending Goku flying "Uwaaaah!"

As Goku was sent flying, Whis commented "Great ki manipulation but you have to do it much faster."

Goku just smiled and rushed towards Whis again, this time trying to anticipate where he would dodge. Whis dodged left and Goku sent a ki blast in his way, but Whis just dodged upward and bonked Goku in the head with his staff sending Goku crashing to the ground.

Goku slowly stood up from the crater he was buried in as he said "Ow, ow, ow, It looks like I have to get more stranger so I can at least put up a fight against you, Whis-san."
