Feather and Scale

Born different from the others, Seirralia was born a wingless phoenix princess. She was alone, lonely and shunned by her own family. Locked herself in her room, she cried on her bed and suddenly, she heard someone calling her from her wall mirror. As she touched the mirror, she was brought to a meadow of flowers where she met someone who bore the same fate as her, looking at her in shock. Who had brought them together? What does their meeting entail?

Prologue

War - Meseldar became a battlefield. The battlefield where many rested as pawns of noble playthings in war, was left barren, charred by flames of hatred. War men and innocents - none was released from their fate to be sacrificed. The war was born from hatred of the phoenix and dragon for their differences - feather and scale. The war came to an end when their gods descended : Fiare phoenix and Alletine dragon. Peace finally returned to Meseldar yet the mark of chaos remained as a reminder of how devastating the war was.
