Eyes That See

A microchip which began as an experiment to control death row inmates and later presented as a tool to save lives slowly takes control of the human body, manipulating them. This is a not a story but a record of an obsessed doctor, an experiment gone wrong, dictatorial government, control through fear and conspiracies told through the eyes of a man who had lost everything he cherished.
