"OH my goodness!" she exclaimed almost falling off the couch. "You almost gave me a heart attack." she really was shocked because she did not expect anyone to be home. "What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be with mom and dad at the hospital?"

"I'm not about to waste my time staying in the hospital and that too for a man I don't care about. plus if I had stayed, how would I have witnessed this very touching scene. I'm moved I swear." she said wiping fake tears from her face and giving Cheryl a mocking look.

Cheryl wasn't about to start an argument. What was on her mind was how to get Theo back to his house. She couldn't leave him here. Her parents would be back in the morning and even if nothing happened between them, it was still not right to leave him here.

" You do know he is engaged right? And Emma would not let you hear the end of this if she finds out. I never knew you'd stoop so low as to becoming the second woman." she said trying to provoke Cheryl.
