Chapter 6

Back home I had already got food from my hotel. It was a 5-star rating. Actually it is better than that. But, since there are no more than 5-star ratings, it would be a 5 star rating..

Even though we're rich I never took the food out. We still ate like normal meals but healthy. Of course raw food was from the system. So, they are above healthy. But today is a good occasion. So, let May and Peter relax a bit.

May and I had already talked about what to tell Peter. We can't change his life easily as power corrupts. Moreover, if I let him go to another school he might not get spider bite. So, I assured May that Peter will be alright. I also have a feeling that I will be wrong. And, I will have to make new plans.

But, now we had another problem. Since we're gonna be billionaires. We needed bodyguards. Again, Peter shouldn't be made to feel he is high above others or he will get princess syndrome. He is a good kid and maybe the riches will corrupt him? I can't let him feel he is rich. At least not until he gets spider-bite.

Our daily life was going on. Peter was at school. May and I stayed at home all day long. I was exercising slowly. I have been doing it since the accident. It apparently helps disable people to make them feel less anxious. If optimistic people like Ben(old) fall down, then they fall hard. So, I was told to do some exercise for peace of mind. It wouldn't make much difference but I did. For May's sake.

And, also helps people who can heal later to adapt faster. Since my left leg has gained some new muscles and ligaments and tendons, I need to move them around or later they might forget to walk and I might lose my mobility.

Later, We prepared a lot of foods and ate them and laughed and talked and cuddled together and brought Peter back and prepared food again and helped Peter at homework and play games and watch cartoons and be creative and get Peter to bed and come back to May and talk again and cuddle her to sleep.

Well, we cuddle each-other to sleep nowadays. Sometimes, Peter comes at night and joins us. Our life was happy and smooth. Now, I need to start a lot of my companies. Especially, Pharma and Electronics and Food and Wine.

It's been a few days, and I decided to go with food. It is so boring to not eat tasty and healthy food just because I can't explain where I got it. So, Food it is. I will establish a 5-star hotel first. It will be named, "Paradise". For this project, I need some hundred million dollars. So, it seems I need to wait until tin can man appears. Maybe I can push it a little faster.

The Sage's Prophecy.

Me: "Hello my child. Here is another prophecy for you."

After some times,

Pepper: "Lord Sage!! What is it? Is it good or bad?"

Me: "I hope you don't publicize that it was me who gave you this information. But the one who Kidnapped Tony was Obadiah."

Pepper: "What? How can it happen? He is like a father to Tony."

Then I sent her the Screen Shot of the conversation between Obadiah and me. Well, I removed the dealing part.

Pepper: "How can this be? Why didn't you tell me earlier?"

Me: "Pepper my child. Would you have thought that Tony would stop Arms Production? He did it because he understood the value of life there. He lost a friend there. He also learned how to consider someone else. He also understood money isn't everything. He is changing. He will slowly change. Don't worry Everything gonna be alright."

Pepper: "I know Tony changed. But, what if he died? What if something happened to him?"

Me: "As I told you he wouldn't have died. There were people who knew where and how Tony was. Just believe in me that Tony wouldn't have died even if you nuked him in there."

Pepper: "0_0"

Well What I said was true. How can Hydra Miss Tony with all the capabilities and Technologies in the MCU world? How can Hydra miss? How can the military miss? So, It is all full of plot holes which we world hoppers call protagonist halo. It was meant for Tony to change.

Me: "Well, the child just looked into Obadiah's computer. You will get the proof. But be safe."

Pepper: "Yes I will."

Next I messaged Obadiah,

Me: "Obadiah my friend. How are you?"

After some time I got a reply.

Obadiah: "What do you want now? Don't ask for more than you can chew."

Me: "Aww. You hurt my heart, Baldy. For your cooperation I decided to give you a head start."

Obadiah: "What is it?"

Me: "I saw a vision. About you. You will die. Everything you built will be destroyed."

Obadiah: "Tell me what it is? Don't wind it. Straight to the point."

Me: "Before you, Poor Pepper messaged me when Tony was Kidnapped. I told her he would come back in 3 months and he did. So, just now she told me they found someone selling stark arms illegally. So, they suspect some BoD. And, the main thing is you. They might reach you. So, work fast My friend."

Obadiah: "What??? You didn't pull strings right?"

Me: "No. Ofc not. Stark found 'Stark arms' in a terrorist base. He didn't sell them and pepper doesn't know about it. So, who is it? Use your brain Baldy. You have a big head. Use it."

Obadiah: "Hmph. Seems I owe you one. Tell me what you want."

Me: "I want another account in Swiss bank and Give me some money. How much do you think this piece of information is worth? Also, first pay me then go for action. You're going to take 100's of billions from stark. So, you paying me a few billion isn't that much right? Well, give me all your black money. If not, you know, right?"

Obadiah: "Tch… Whatever."

After about an hour,

"Your account no. XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX pin, XXXXXXXXX"

Me: "Have fun Baldy. May lady luck be with you. May your enemy die painfully."

Obadiah: "Whatever. If you have a piece of information I need, I will pay you enough."

Me: "Ofc my friend. Happy co-operation."

"Hahahahaha", I was laughing evilly. About an hour ago Obadiah wanted to kill me. And, After an hour later we are partners. Maybe bad people think alike. Whatever. I ain't the bad one. I'm just fishing in troubled times. "Is it wrong to fish in troubled water?"

Again, since I pushed the timeline a little forward, I need to make sure Tony lives. Who knows what will happen. So, once again,

Me: "Pepper my child. Obadiah has moved. I see Tony's life in danger. Go to Tony."

After sometimes,

Pepper: "What happened to him? I will go."

Me: "You should move fast."

I was looking at Pepper and Obadiah moving towards Tony's villa. It is funny that Obadiah wanted to kill Tony slowly in the original. So, he leaves him to die.

Also, I know he will do the same. I was leading him to make sure he would leave Tony to die painfully. I told him to do so in chat. Consciously or unconsciously he will do the same. Moreover, there is plot armor, protagonist's luck, the main character of the MCU... Maybe the Ancient one will also save him.

So, Tony won't die. As for Obadiah, I need to kill him. Tony isn't as good in movies as time has moved forward. So, I need to play it. So, I Packed an advanced Barrett M82 Sniper Rifle. Then I went to Near Stark Tower and put the bag in a trash can. Then another bag in a nearby trash can.

I came back and called a local gang. I decided to pay them $1 million. So, Their job was just to do a few things so it won't reach me. Like, they will come with a trash truck and put the trash in the truck. Later they will collect the sniper and fix it as in manual. They will put the sniper near Stark tower. So, I can aim from home.

I could see Obadiah Coming out of Tony's house and Pepper going into the house. Obadiah missed Pepper's car. I knew everything was gonna be alright. It would take more than an hour before the fight started. Obadiah came to his office to see someone had played with his computer.

He was angry. Then he went to an iron monger. There was still about 20 minutes for the fight to start.

The gang also properly placed the sniper in place. I could see the fight scene from home. Let's do some baldy hunting. Fufuffuffufufu (Mingo's laugh. My fav. OP character).

I was bored. I was waiting for Tony to come and fight him. I got a message.

Pepper: "Sage, Tony has gone to fight Obadiah. He is weak and his suit isn't perfect yet. What should I do?"

Me: "Don't worry pepper. Everything's gonna be alright. I will save your man."

Pepper: "Ok. I'm scared. Also, I couldn't copy the evidence against Obadiah."

Me: "Didn't I tell you, everything's gonna be alright. Now it seems tin can man and baldy are fighting"

And, as in canon they fought. After some time Tony was down. Obadiah was doing some Talk shit no jutsu. I was bored. Then, he made the greatest mistake. He opened his helmet giving me the chance for me to snipe him. Hehehe.

He was about to launch a missile to kill Tony. But then, "Snap" I hit Obadiah in his head. Well it wasn't a bull's eye but nonetheless it was a headshot. "Headshot" I screamed with sadness present in my voice. "Ben!! Why are you screaming?" May screamed from the kitchen.

"Nothing May." I immediately replied. If May and Peter found that, I just killed a guy and am sad that I didn't get a bullseye, they will be devastated.

Then Obadiah fell down. Like canon, He fell inside the arc reactor. And, The shockwave threw Tony outside while there was a big tower of blue light going to the sky. All the dark clouds surrounding NYC were dispersed.

This scene was magnificent. It looked so magical. Unknown to me, Peter and May had also come behind me. "Wow! uncle, what is that laser? It removed all the clouds," Peter was curious as always.

Next day, the beginning of everything happened. Tony threw his papers in air and, "The truth is, I'm IronMan"

"Gasp." All the journalists were amazed. Then they hurriedly went out. Started calling their HQ.

During this time I also made some names. The Sage had predicted everything a year ago while it happened now. No one questioned my credibility.

As for the sniper, I had a small mini bomb placed in it. So, self-destruction it is. Now no one can copy my sniper. There ain't any evidence. I was rest assured when I saw news of a gang member being encountered by police. He was a rapist and murderer. Now the point is, he was the one who set up the sniper.

Seems, the gang is credible. The leader removed him. Noice. Hehe. Now I'm safe.

Next day, Tony messaged me.

Tony: "Who is this? Sage? You predicted everything a year earlier? Who are you? I will hack you if you don't answer me."

Me: "Seems you didn't learn anything Tony. I thought seeing Ethan dying didn't change you."

Tony: "Who are you? Come out. Now I will find you."

Me: "Good luck Tony."

And, after a few hours, Tony couldn't hack me. Well, it is reinforced by even and system. Ofc he can't.

Tony's ego was hurt. He couldn't accept defeat. So, Pepper messaged me.

Pepper: "Sage!! We want to meet you."

Me: "Then what? Sell me to the Govt. or to the terrorists?"

Pepper: "What the fuck?? In this world what I lack least is money."

Me: "Hi! Tony."

Pepper: "I'm not Tony."

Me: "Whatever. What do you want now tin can man?"

Pepper: "Well, we want to see you. Nothing else. And, thank you."

Me: "Then fine. I will see you."

Pepper: "We will wait."
