Finals interrupted attack on Konoha

*Chapter start*

"Do any of you have any objections?" The judge of the match says while looking at the first two fighters of the finals.

"No."

"None."

 As both fighters say…

"Then you may begin." Nothing happens. 

"Hmpf, finally someone worth my time. Seeing how you performed in the preliminares… well at least you will be a much greater opponent than the last." Neji says as his Byakugan activates and looks at a specific place on the stands.

"But in the en-" Just as Neji eyes came back to Aoi he sees only blade of her sword almost reaching his face, in the spur of the moment Neji instinctively reaches his pounch and takes an kunai to defend himself, successfully, but because of the poor guard and lack of time to react he is launched several meters away.

"I don't care about the beef that you have with your family or why you think destiny or fate screwed with your life, kid. Battlefield is not the place to preach about your ideals and more importantly. I will not take lessons about being destined to something from someone that not only doesn't understand such life, but is also a hypocrite." Saying her piece Aoi sprints at an angry looking Neji.

Putting his kunai in front of him in a defensive stance and just as Aoi reaches the two meters mark from Neji's position and extend her sword to pierce his body a bluish aura surrounds him and clashes with Aoi's sword and body, making she flys away with even more strength then Neji, crashing into one of the few trees inside the arena

"Quite the arrogant one, aren't you? But in the end, you will still lose, just like Hinata-sama. Just like the second family is 'inferior' to the main family… just as worthless as someone without  a byakugan." Neji says with a mocking smile.

"Oh? That brat is from the secondary family and he still learned the Revolving Heaven. Konoha really is full of talent." The Kazekage praises the Hyuuga child, but strangely his full attention is one the Uzumaki getting up and gripping the downed tree.

"Hm, this year's batch has been quite the promise." The Hokage says.

'Why is he so interested in Aoi? Does he know? And why does he seem to be searching for someone else?'

"Hey Shiro-ni-chan, why Aoi-ne-chan seems so off today?" Konohamaru asks, confused at Aoi's reply to Neji, feeling as if there was something special about it.

Shirou shakes his head and gives a weak smile."Is just that Neji's words are a bit too immature to Aoi and because of that and some more he ended up pushing some buttons about Aoi."

Looking at the Hyuuga in the center of the arena, Shirou thinks.

'A clan that bases its hierarchy on the second and main family of which the second is enslaved and forced to the will of the main one. Not quite the product of fate or destiny, but to a child that does not matter. Recompose yourself Aoi, you're not the type to be bothered by something as superficial like this.'

Getting up, Aoi's hand reaches the tree trunk, gripping it, lifting it up above her head like she is ready to throw a spear. Getting into positing and contracting her muscles Aoi throws the tree at an insane speed, not much slower than a high level shinobi throwing kunais at his adversary, such was the strength and speed that in a matter of a second all of the trees leafs were blow away and flyed into the air with the wind pressure created by the launched tree.

Seeing the flying tree approaching, Neji makes the wisest choice and jumps up to avoid the tree. Avoiding the tree, Neji starts to look after Aoi, but he notices that because of the wind pressure thousands of leaves fly into his face, covering his vision.

Under normal circumstances that wouldn't affect an Hyuuga as even Neji fastly uses his byakugan to pry through the leaves in search for Aoi, but the second that Neji wastes to think of activating his byakugan and find Aoi's location he is already too late. Using the only second that the leaves could provide as a distraction, Aoi concentrates her chakra on her blade creating a controlled syphon that gets smaller and smaller till it makes her sword practically invisible to the eye due to the wind pressure formed around the sword.

'What is this abnormal concentration of chakra? What is she planning to do?'

Without thinking twice the bluish aura once again surges around Neji's body.

'I never named this attack especifically. But I think I have a good one now.'

'Strike Air: Far Reaching Spear of the Wind King'

Aoi's thrust with her blade releases a massive concentration of wind in a focused piercing blast much faster than any of her previous attacks. Neji still in the air is forced to use revolving heaven once more in quick succession, but because of being caught off guard he is not able to create enough rotation and the kunai that he was using as a means of defense is completely destroyed as Aoi's attack breaks his ultimate defense and passes through him partially destroying a part of the stands roof making several jonin in the area to caught the falling bits of the roof before it can fall on the watchers heads.

Taking advantage of Neji's falling momentum Aoi rushes below him and swings her sword like a baseball hat, fully expecting what is to come next. Seeing Aoi's figure below him ready to cut him in half Neji is forced to use his defensive jutsu once more.

"Just die already:Revolving Heaven"

And by the second time Neji's ultimate defense, something that would be able to put even Gaara's sand defense to shame, is confronted by Aoi's incredible offense. The two clash, planting Aoi's feet on the ground creating a massive crater duo to the specialty of Neji's jutsu.

'That no use Aoi-san. Neji Revolving Heaven uses its opponents strength against him. The more force that you use to push Neji he will push back even stronger with his rotation.'

"Given her position once she loses strength she will literally be crumpled on the arena's floor." Tenten reasons while looking at the fight.

'But I need to give you that Aoi-san. You have pushed Neji the farthest I have ever seen. If you were to fight in other circumstances I'm sure you could have won, but now…'

"You are really a horrible one trick pony." Aoi says as the ground explodes with the immense surge of chakra coming from Aoi and Neji's Revolving Heaven clash, said clash that didn't amount for a second as Aoi obliterates Neji's defense blowing him several dozen meters in the air away from Aoi, shocking the stadium and the several noble families of Konoha as she breaks the Hyuuga most praised defense.

As Neji is launched through air, for a few seconds he seems almost unconscious, but he fastly recomposes himself and takes two kunais from his pouch and uses those to pierce the wall of the arena to break his falling speed before he reaches the ground.

'How? How was she able to break through revolving heaven like it's nothing, from where this insane strength comes from? Why? Why? Why?'

Biting his lip in anger Neji stares at the arena wall by barely a second before he has a bad premonition and he sees something just moving in theblind spot of his byakugan, not wanting to even confirm what that is, Neji hasty jumps from the arena wall narrowly avoiding Aoi's sword piercing it and creating a large crater where once he standed, raising some dust and once more concealing her figure.

But this time Naji doesn't take his eyes from Aoi and because of that he is able to see her doing something completely new.

'Wind release: Great wind breakthrough'

Using her chakra to stand on the arena's wall for the first time in a long time, Aoi uses hand seals and makes a jutsu, sending a gigantic gale of wind onto Neji's figure on the ground. He on the other side panickedly does the only thing that he can, that is using Revolving Heaven once more. The only thing that he has that can remotely compete with the monster that he is fighting.

And somehow his defense was able to hold through the torrent of wind creating a giant tornado completely destroying the nearest part of the arena's wall and threatening to reach the audience, but once more several jonin in the audience create an earth wall to defend them.

"Who in hell is that girl? She is literally on a jonin level, why is she fighting these genin?" An randown jonin says angrily as he struggles to contain Aoi's attack being deflected by Neji.

As the wind slowly extinguishes, everyone in the stadium is able to see Neji's sorrowful figure. While being able to use his jutsu to deflect the brute strength of the attack, the same couldn't be said about it's hands. Having to face the gale of wind directly, Neji's hands which he used to defend himself from Aoi's attack were filled with cut marks.

Painting heavily, Neji looks at Aoi's figure jumping down from the wall with a conflicted expression.

'Getting mad with a child… that's a new low for me.'   

Taking a deep breath to recompose herself, Aoi looks at Neji and tries to say more softly, being sorry for going so hard on him." Yield the match, you aren't in conditions to keep fighting."

Seeing Neji's unyielding expression and seeing redying his stance once more Aoi sprints at him one more time instantly reaching his striking range and once more a bluish aura covers his body with the intentions of defending him.

But this time the light is significantly weaker, almost transparent and is barely able to keep form.

"You can barely stand up, Neji-san." Aoi says as she slowly reaches with her hand breaking through Neji defense once more and easily catching his arm mid-rotation. Bringing her sword to Neji's throat." And you have already lost."

"The winner of the match is Uzumaki Aoi." The examiner announced as the stadium went wild with Aoi's performance against Neji.

"Damn that little girl defeated the genius of the Hyuuga?"

"Yeah and she doesn't even seem to have broken a sweat."

As the members of the audience discuss the several jonin around the stadium look at the little girl in the arena with half fearful eyes.

"Just how did this girl train? I'm not even sure if the Anbu team would be able to easily take her down."

"Yeah, you're right. That girl doesn't belong to this kind of competition, just that wind ninjutsu earlier was almost an S-rank in destructive power. But to be fair the Hyuuga kid did fairly well against her." While the two jonin talk about the match they fail to notice the to teennagers by their side, looking at the duo in the arena with incredulos eyes.

"Damn… when I saw her fighting during the preliminary I knew that she was strong beyond our level, but to beat your cousin so thoroughly like that. I don't know if I would even get that strong in my life." Kiba says while looking defeated.

"Au, au." Akamaru suddenly barks, alerting Kiba of his friend by his side.

"Hinata?" Kiba asks as he looksHinata's conflicted expression.

As if not noticing Kiba calling for her, Hinata continues to stare blankly at the two that just fought.

'Neji-ni-san… and Aoi-san, they are on a completely different level than me, no to them I'm not worthy even to look at, compared to them I'm forgetful. Why? Why would they even look at me if I can't even say that I'm here?'

Looking at Aoi and Neji one last time, Hinata prepares to leave the stadium."Wait Hinata, where are you going?"

Without looking back Hinata replies."I'm going to train."

*Scene break*

As the medical-nin come to take Neji the judge of the matches says."For now you are free to do anything as long as you stay in the stadium, it would be a bother to send someone to come after you, if you aren't around for your second fight."

"Okay." Aoi says and leaves the arena to where the other participants are waiting for their matches to start.

Following the way to the big path to the waiting area, Aoi reaches the waiting area and sees Shikamaru looking at her besides another boy wearing sunglasses.

"That was a good match for Aoi-san." Shino says as Aoi comes closer to them.

"Hmm… thanks, you are?" Aoi says confusedly as she ultimately didn't care much about people around her during her academy times.

"Aburame Shino. We were in the same class during the academy, but I didn't stand out too much." Shino says.

"Sorry Shino-san. I should have kept more attention on my fellow classmates." Aoi seemingly truly sorry for not knowing his name.

"There is no need to be sorry. At that time you seemed to be more concerned with Uzumaki-san, guess you lucked out by getting to be his teammate." Shino says with a hint of amusement in his tone of voice.

With Shinos's words Aoi blushes a little unsure if she should get mad with herself for being teased by a kid and it being effective.

"Haven't Sasuke come yet." Trying to hide her embarrassment, Aoi changes the subject.

"No, we haven't seen him. He didn't show up here yet." Shikamaru says, choosing not to comment on what just happened.

'Damn, this Shino guy has courage to taunt her after that fight.'

Just as the atmosphere was getting awkward the examiner in the arena below says." Because of technical reasons the next match will be postponed, the next fight will be between Kankuro and Aburame Shino."

"Tsk, my match is already the next." Shikamaru says with a tone exuding boredom.

"I would like to forfeit my fight." Kankuro says almost instantly after the examiner announces the next match.

"What?" Rightfully so, the examiner is confused by his decision.

"Wait, wait, wait doesn't that mean that I will be fighting now." Shikamaru says almost seeming desperate. 

As if trying to hasten things Temari, Shirkamaru's opponent, jumps down from the observatory area and reaches the center of the arena waiting for the judge to announce the next match. They seem to have a brief conversation before he says.

"Since Kankuro has forfeited the match Aburame Shino has passed to the next round. The next match is: Nara Shikamaru versus Temari."

While Shikamaru looks unwilling to go, Aoi says worried that Sasuke will be declassified by not being present as everyone fights." Does it matter to you who goes first? Are you going to forfeit it?"

"Hrg, whatever." Shikamaru says as he starts walking down to the arena, taking his precious time doing so.

After reaching the center of the arena the examiner says."Have any of you any objection to this match."

"No."

"No."

"Then let the match begin."

As the two start their fight, Shino turns to ask Aoi."Say Aoi-san how did you defeat the supposed ultimate defense of the Hyuuga?" By nature Shino is quite curious and sometimes social despite how he looks and acts like a loner.

Seeming a bit surprised at Shino's talkative manner, Aoi takes a few seconds before saying." Well to start calling that an ultimate defense is an overstatement. Look at the marks left on the ground by Neji's rotation."

As she says Shino turns to look at the places where Neji used revolving heaven and then says after a few seconds." Hmm, in the places where he used his technique there is a clear cut mark around his body, but it seems that the dome of chakra is mostly hollow. Are you saying that it is possible to attack him from below?"

"Yes and while that wouldn't be as effective in air as he showed being able to do. It is, after all, only one of the various methods of going around it, using heat related ninjutsu to cook him alive as he rotates and ironically increases the heat of the jutsu, earth ninjutsu to disrupt his rotation by creating a rough standing point to his rotation, use his own rotation and a continue gust of wind ninjutsu to take his capacity to breath and many other ways. But its most blatantly flaw is that this Hyuuga technique, not only needs a considerable amount of chakra, not only decreases the perceptiveness of the user but also needs acceleration to be used. Which means that the defense needs time to be deployed and even more time to be in a perfect state." Aoi finishes her analizes of the technique, showing that in the grand scheme of things the revolving heaven is a pretty situational thing.

"By how you say it, a technique created and used by the Hyuuga for decades seems pretty useless. Especially since you only used one of said methods and the other time you just powered through it." Shino says.

"Useless? no, it is a very good technique. The problem is from what I've seen the Hyuuga clan is very taijutsu based, which means their techniques are more useful when used against taijutsu users not ninjutsu or maybe genjutsu. What also means that anyone that is better than them in taijutsu will naturally win against them as long they are aware of their specialty in combat, that was shown by how Neji instantly took out a kunai to defend himself from me when the Hyuuga are a taijutsu centric clan, his reach was way inferior to mine, that turned most of his clans techniques considerably more difficult to land, the fact that I'm have better chakra and physical conditions than him just nailed that truth." Aoi finishes talking as she receives a nod from Shino and turns to look over Shikamaru's fight against Temari.

'Shikamaru is surprisingly a smart fighter despite his laziness. Though I doubt that with his disposition he could actually become a good team leader, he has some of the key abilities required to become one, but lacks the general drive to be one.'

Unfortunately after a few minutes of trying to catch Temari under his shadow possession jutsu unsuccessfully Shikamaru gives up as his chakra reserves weren't high enough to hold on prolonged fights, especially when he is under severe disadvantages to start with.

"What a pity if he were to be the last to fight opposed to the second, maybe he could buy enough time to stand his shadows over half of the arena. When you think about it, the position on which he fights really affected his battle conditions." Shino says he will analyze the match and give Shikamaru a half prize.

"The winner of the match is Temari." 

'Where is that idiot? Didn't he want to become a chunin?'

Aoi intently looks at the arena as if waiting for something to happen and to her credit after a single minute she sees two shadows fastly moving over the wall of the arena and jumping straight to the middle where the announcer and the last two fighters are.

Descending like a rocket, the two shadows hit the ground right beside the announcer somehow in the middle of a whirlwind of leaves with their backs exposed to one another as if posing.

Face palming herself Aoi says."You two have all the time in the world to coordinate poses and gather leaves, but you couldn't come up in time? That's definitely Kakashi-sensei's fault."

"Say Genma Sasuke didn't get disclassifield, did he?" Not a second after posing to everyone, Kakashi cheaply asks the judge to know if his disciple got eliminated for getting late, which, by the way, was probably caused by him.

"Kakashi don't pass your attendance problems to your students and no he wasn't eliminated, his fight is right now actually." The judge now known as Genma says to Kakashi.

"Hah, that's good. Now if you excuse me." Kakashi says vanishing from the center of the arena.

"The next match: Uchiha Sasuke versus Gaara." Finally announcing the match everyone was waiting for, the stadium goes crazy chanting the names of the two fighters.

Aoi on the other side turns to look over Gaara.'What a crazed expression and this amount of bloodlust… Does he plan to kill Sasuke just as he tried with Lee?

Gaara, hearing his name being called, marches his way to the arena with a crazy smile and murmuring to himself despite the worried expression of his companions.

Finally deciding, Aoi follows to the exit to the arena right behind Gaara.

'I need to talk to Kakashi-sensei, just to make sure.'

After a few minutes of walking Gaara and Aoi's paths separate as they are going to two completely different places. But not a second after, Aoi hears voices coming from his direction in a dark corridor illuminated by very few candles."Hey boy from the sand, our Lord bet a lot of money on that Uchiha kid, so it would be very unfortunate if he lost… I think you know what this means, right?"

'What are these idiots doing?'

Aoi looks at the two shinobi in front of Gaara and notices that they are wearing the Grass Village forehead protector.

"Hey did you hear us kid? If you don't listen to us we will have to make you." One of them says with a sadistic tone while looking at Gaara.

Completely ignoring the two in front of him Gaara says sinisterly while clutching the mark on his forehead." Calm down Oka-san, it will be over in an instant. Soon you will have your delicious blood."

While saying those words apparently to his mother he starts doing a hand sign immediately dispersing the sand gourd on his back and sending the sand that came out of it to attack the two shinobi in front of him.

'Tsk just my luck.' Instantly accelerating Aoi is able to break the sound barrier and surpass the sand speed despite being several meters behind Gaara and coming to the protection of the two idiots. Aoi uses prana bursts to disperse the sand, almost destroying the wall around her right along with sand. Because of the wind pressure, all the lamps on the hallway fall to the ground, breaking and extinguishing the fire and the only source of light, creating a creepy atmosphere. 

"Ahhhh… I want to kill you. I want to kill you… tear you to pieces and let her drink your blood." Gaara says with an animalistic expression letting drow fall from his mouth like a starving animal.

"Shikamaru stay behind me." Aoi suddenly yells as Shikamaru appears out of nowhere and instantily gets behind her, reading the atmosphere of the room Shikamaru didn't think twice before jumping behind the strongest person in the room. Following his example the two grass shinobi aslo cower behind Aoi.

'I need to create a diversion. If this boy really is what he said I won't be able to protect these three while fighting him.'

"If you fight me now Gaara you won't be able to fight Sasuke next. And you will also lose your chance to kill everyone else." Aoi says tentatively.

'By how he talks about killing people and how he interacts with his sand this may be my best attempt. I hate to do this to Sasuke, but he can fight on his own for a while, while I run to talk to Kakashi-sensei.'

Despite the rushed attempt to calm the boy down, it worked, making the boy start to stare blankly in front of him and walk through everyone as if they weren't there, leaving the badly lit corridor.

Without a second thought Aoi immediately knocks out the grass shinobi and says to Shikamaru."Find any of the people responsible for the security here and report these two for trying to assault a participant of the tournament."

After saying that Aoi runs full speed through the arena hallways trying to find Kakashi.

'I have a very bad feeling about this whole exam. I just hope that I'm wrong, but with that boy here.'

From the depths of Aoi's soul a voice says."You must remember brat. you can't kill my idiot brother no matter what.'

"Tsk, why things always have to be so complicated." Aoi says angrily to herself while running through the poorly lit hallways alone.

*Scene break*

"Do any of you have any objections?"

"No."

As both of the fighters say with an arrogant smile, Ganma finally announces the match start." Then let the match begin."

Hearing the match permission Sasuke immediately creates distance between him and Gaara.

'His sand is fast, but not as fast as Lee and certainly not as fast as me. I have to focus so as not to let him trick me into thinking I'm attacking his real self, when it is only a clone, I'm also sure that his sand can crush my bones easily. This arena is not made of concrete so it is possible that he can take the sand in the environment to increase his attack and defense potency and finally Shirou's sword can probably cut through some of his strongest sand defenses. My win condition is clear, I just have to maintain myself moving at high speeds nullifying his attack capability, as it happens with Lee he won't be able to see me then I get under his guard and cut him.'

After making his strategy Sasuke activates his sharingan and observes his surroundings.' I don't need to force myself. My eyes can't handle three tomoys yet. Besides I don't need them for this fight, all I need to do is to keep my chakra consumption low so as to not tire myself out.'

Seeing that Gaara has no intention to attack, Sasuke sprints to his opponent, taking several shuriken out of his pouch and throwing them weakly in front of him.

'Fire release: Five Pointed Stars'

Hasty making hand seals Sasuke releases five small fireballs that encompass the previously thrown shuriken boosting their speed and creating a fire cloak around them. Gaara's sand immediately comes to his defense, blocking the flaming shurikens and creating five mini explosions on contact.

Seeing that Gaara's vision is blocked by his sand defense, Sasuke reinforces his body with chakra to his limit and slips below Gaara defense getting into a perfect position to land a blow.

"Got you."

 Putting his hands on the ground and using them and his lower body strength, Sasuke raises his left leg and kicks Gaara's chin, much like Lee sending Gaara into the air. Not wanting to let his master fall roughly on the ground Gaara's sand follows him through the air to catch him before he could hit the ground, but not losing his opportunity Sasuke uses Gaara's sand as a platform to jump after him in the air and gets in front of him using his previous impulse to kick him onto his stomach sending him flying through the arena and landing roughly on the ground as his sand immediately turns it's direction to follow its fallen master.

Seeing that his opportunity isn't over yet, Sasuke follow Gaara before his sand could reach him and just as he is able to get up from the ground Sasuke reaches him with a punch straight to the face, followed to a kick to the face sending him flying once again as to not let his sand reach him to his defense.

Deciding to end the match Sasuke finishes his combo by uppercutting Gaara's chin sending straight into the air and prepares his jutsu.

'Fire style: Dragon Flame Bullets'

Concentrating a considerable amount of chakra in his stomach Sasuke releases several flaming figures of irregular form to attack Gaara from all directions, but finally after getting pushed all the time by Sasuke Gaara finally makes several hand seal and a great amount of sand surges from the ground below him and enveloping him just in the nick of time to block all the fire from hitting him.

After barely avoiding the fire Gaara falls into the ground the sand is still around him, as it disperses Gaara is shown to be in a sorrowful state, panting and needing to use his hands to support himself on his sand.

Taking eight shuriken out of pouch and putting four on each hand Sasuke throws all the eight in circular motion making so all the shuriken pass through Gaara without hitting him, them he pulls his arms revealing several wires concealed on his hands making the shurikens curve and the barbed wires that were connected to them  rush into Gaara's direction, but as normal his sand rise to his defense blocking the wires from hitting him, but because of the sand the wires length was cut short making the shurikens connected to it making a full circle and hitting Gaara's sand from the front completely blocking Gaara's path of escape from Sasuke's next attack.

'Fire Release: Great Fire Flame'

Opening his mouth Sasuke releases a turret of fire through the wires wrapped around his hands, the fire follows the path created by the wires, which in turn surrounds Gaara forcing him to increase the level of his defense, creating a dome of sand to protect him from the fire.

As the fire burns around Gaara suddenly everyone can hear several cries as if several birds started crying in the arena.

In the middle of the arena Sasuke looks at the sand dome in front of him and says." It's time to show that you aren't invincible, just because of that annoying defense of yours."

Then from Sasuke's hands the sound of a thousand birds cry is abruptly generated, followed by bright blue sparks of electricity burning the ground below him." Here I come."

Suddenly Without any warning, Sasuke accelerates, surpassing anything that he has shown before. Trying to defend himself several tons of sand appear in front of Sasuke trying to block his advance, bt using his sharingan and increase speed Sasuke easily blitz Gaara's sand and for the first time in the battle unsheathes his blade throwing it the sand dome with all his strength perforating the dome just a bit, but more than enough to what is to come.

'Chidori'

Using the previous stabbed sword as an extension of his attack Sasuke hits his chidori on the sword handle involving the sword in lightning and making it cut through the dome as if it was butter.

Feeling the contact Sasuke takes grip of the sword, pushing it and cutting the dome with a diagonal slash freeing the sword from inside the dome and then jumping back looking for any reaction.

'Despite feeling that I hit something, the dome clearly didn't disappear, which means that Gaara is still alive, but I certainly inflicted a serious wound he won-'

"AHHHHHHHHRG IT IS MY BLOOD"

Surprising everyone in the audience, from inside Gaara's sand dome they hear Gaara's scream of pain.

As he convulses inside his sand dome Sasuke looks inside the hole created by his attack.'That form… than he really is? This is bad.'

Immediately creating a second chidori Sasuke flashes through the arena approaching Gaara's dome, but just when he is a few meters away from the dome, a sand arm filled with black marks emerges from inside the dome hitting Sasuke and stopping him before he could reach it.

'Tsk, this strength.'

While being pushed back by the hand sasuke once more connects his chidori with Shirou's sword and uses it to cut the sand arm in half.

Instead of following with attacks Sasuke pauses to analyze the situation.' If that thing I saw was really the one tail this guy is completely out of my strength level, if he's anything like Aoi I won't be able to fight him head on. I should first see ho-'

"Booooom"

Having his thoughts interrupted once more Sasuke looks over to the place of the loud noise and sees the location where the Hokage and Kazekage were surrounded by fire and smoke. Noticing something else Sasuke turns to look over the people in the stands and notice that there is some kind of chakra flow surrounding the people, making them fall asleep, only a few shinobi being able to move and them on the other side are being attack by what he recognizes as sound and sand shinobi.

'What is happening? Weren't the sand and the leaf allies and what is the sound shinobi doing here? Is this connected to Gaara being the jinchuuriki?'

He hurriedly turns to look in front of him as he senses someone running in front of him. As he turns around he sees the judge of the match standing in front of him while having a standoff with sand shinobi holding a kunai in front him, who he recognizes as being Gaara's team leader from the preliminares. Behind him Sasuke can see Gaara being supported by his team members as they hear their team leader's instructions, not a second after he finishes speaking with them they run away from the stadium.

"Sasuke, sorry to say that, but right now the chunin exams are over, but before anything else I need you to follow those three. I have bad feelings about what the sand is doing with those three. Can I count on you to stop whatever they are doing?" Ganma says while having his eyes locked on the sand shinobi in front of him.

Trying to decide if possibly fighting a jinchuuriki on his own is a smart idea or not, Sasuke remembers the near nothing that he did against Kakuzo and Orochimaru.

'Tsk I can also do it.'

"There is no need to even say it." Sasuke fully reinforces his body with chakra and sprints after the sand trio in a mad run.

*Scene break*

"He copied my style after just seeing it once?" A dejected voice says close to where Shirou and Konohamaru are sitting enjoying the match.

"Hm?" Shirou turns to look over a familiar voice and sees Lee's frustrated expression while looking at Sasuke fight with Gaara.

"Lee… you got discharged from the hospital." Shirou says with a guilty tone of voice, not making eye contact with the boy. Seeing the heavy atmosphere Konohamaru decides to remain silent just enjoying Sasuke's match.

"Yes, not long ago actually. I didn't want to lose the finals. I assume Aoi-chan and Neji already fought, though?" Lee says with a strange expectancy hidden in his tone of voice.

"Yes, Neji lost." Shirou says without giving much consideration to his words.

'The truth may hurt, but is certainly better this way… I'm sure of it.'

Lost in his thoughts Shirou doesn't even notice as Guy approaches the trio and intently looks over the fight happening in the arena.

'A complete domination. As he is now he isn't much weaker and slower than Lee using the Fifth Gate.' Clenching his fists, Guy looks at Sasuke almost defeated.' Is Lee that untalented? Is he that inferior to anyone else? No, he isn't. Then why? Why is this world so cruel to such a splendid shinobi?'

"Oh,you two are also here, Guy, Lee-kun, how are you doing?" Suddenly out of nowhere everyone hears Kakashi's voice coming from behind them.

"Kakashi-sensei, why were you two so late?" Shirou says, turning to look over Kakashi.

"Well that's actually a long story. When we were coming to the stadium we saw a herd of bulls attacking the town's people, as shinobi, it was our duty to help save th-"

"Why did I even ask?"

"So again, how is he doing?" Kakashi asks Guy while looking at Lee staring Sasuke fighting against Gaara.

"Kakashi, did you teach him Lee's taijutsu?" Guy looks over at Kakashi, completely ignoring his question.

"Uh? No that new to me." Kakashi answers.

"Sasuke always had this habit of trying to copy the movements of his adversaries that only got more pronounced when he awakened the sharingan, but because he wasn't able to use it during the preliminares I don't think he was able to absorb many of your techniques, probably only those that he thought to be impressive or useful." Shirou explains to everyone why some of Sasuke's attacks now look like Lee's taijutsu.

"Even then he shouldn't be able to simply-" As Lee tries to say something Kakashi interrupts.

"He is a genius, life is just as simple as that. He won the genetic lottery and is a genius, but not only that he is one of the most dedicated shinobi that I know. Someone like Guy or even me to a certain extent are not the norm, we are an exception. There is nothing that is going to change that." Kakashi says as a matter of fact, crashing reality onto the boy's head.

"Kakashi, that's enough." Guy says angrily at Kakashi while looking at the blank expression on Lee's face, as they start hearing hundreds of bird cries coming from the arena.

"Hm? So you techead Sasuke your technique." Shirou says while looking at the concentration of chakra on Sasuke's hand.

"Yes, though what I taught him was just an inferior version of my jutsu, so that he can use that to train for the true one." Kakashi says with a half smile.

Seeming ready to say something, Shirou stops on his tracks as he looks seriously at Aoi's figure running to them. 

Coming straight to them Aoi stops a few meters behind Kakashi attracting his attention. As he turns to look over Aoi he notices the tension on her face, the worried glance that she sended to Sasuke and how she has her hand on the hilt of her sword ready to use at any moment. Looking at her in this state Kakashi instantly becomes alert, anything that Aoi considers as a threat or potentially dangerous is definitively as dangerous to him.

"What happened Aoi?" Shirou asks just as she reaches them.

"We may need to stop Sasuke from fighting, Sasuke was right in his assertion before the chunin exam started. Gaara is like me, but I doubt that he has anywhere near the same amount of self control and control over it." With Aoi's words Shirou and the two jonin instantly become worried." Are you sure about this Aoi?" Kakashi then turns to ask Aoi.

"I have a bad feeling about this whole conjunct exam thing, Gaara shouldn't be here mcu less when he i-"

"AHHHHHHHHRG IT IS MY BLOOD"

Surprising everyone and interrupting Aoi, Gaara screams in pain in the middle of the arena. The action makes everyone focus their attention on the battle happening in the arena just in time to a tattooed sand arm coming from inside of the sand dome Gaara was using as defense.

"Fuck it is really it." Guy tenses as he is ready to leave after seeing the sand arm, but is interrupted as he suddenly feels heavy and sleepy. Noticing that he is falling under a genjutsu he clasps his hands together and concentrates his chakra.

Along with Kakashi and Shirou Guy says." Liberate."

Regaining their full clarity thay notice some kind of genjutsu hitting everyone in the stadium forming white feathers that continuously fall trapping everyone that touches into a sleep state. Seeing that she was being attacked by a genjutsu, Aoi simply expels a grand concentration of chakra from her body, scattering the feathers around her. She looks around and sees that besides her, Shirou, Guy and Kakashi almost no one besides the several jonin and a few anbu she noticed earlier were able to repel the genjutsu.

"Booooom."

Followed by the genjutsu everyone hears an explosion and turns to look over where the Kages were standing.

"Hokage-sama. Kakashi we hav-"

"Don't be stupid Guy. The anbu can handle whatever is happening over there and don't forget who the Hokage is. Besides that we have our own share of problems." Kakashi interrupts Guy and says while looking as dozens of undercovered sound shinobi jump around to meet with an anbu masked figure that has his hands together forming a hand seal corresponding to maintaining the genjutsu.

'Is he a traitor or he just simply killed the anbu? But most importantly why did he use the genjutsu? Wouldn't the mass hysteria suit his plans better? It would be near impossible to fight several chunin disguising themselves as the civilians as they run around in fear.'

Analyzing the situation Kakashi notices that Sasuke runned away after the departing figure of the sand trio.'Tsk this is not good. I don't want to send the two, but that chakra signature and Aoi suspicious confirms that he is the jinchuriki to the one tail. Sasuke may very well die against a monster like that.'

"Aoi, Shirou you two go after Sasuke and Gaara. Make sure that Sasuke is safe and Gaara away from the village. Me, Guy and the other jonin will take care of the situation at hand here." Kakashi yells orders to both of his disciples as he defends himself from a random chunin from the sand.

"Okay." They both say at the same time as Kakashi bites his finger and summons a small dog.

"Pakkun, follow Sasuke scent and bring these two together with you." Kakashi says to the dog while dancing to Shirou and Aoi.

"Okay." The dog says as he starts to sprint in the direction of which Sasuke left followed by Shirou and Aoi.

"Oi Kakashi. Are you sure this is okay?" Guy asks worriedly as he fights off multiple attackers.

"Hmm, I trust my students' potential and also we have a monster of our own." Kakashi says while giving one last glance in the direction which his students left.

'Please return safely.'

Yay finally we hit the one hundred thousand mark. I'm so happy and at the same time surprised that we reached so far, never in my life I would expect to be writing and dedicating myself to something like this, especially when you consider that I wrote this fic without expecting or planning anything in advance.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the chapter! And if you are asking yourself if I'm going to write about the fight between Orochimaru and The Third, no I'm not. There isn't any notable difference from the main series and my fic yet, that would change the outcome of the fight in any significant way, so I won't waste a chapter on it. As for the Shukaku fight, this time it will be completely different and will finally open that door of suspicion with Sasuke about who Shirou and Aoi really are, something that will motivate him greatly from now on.

After training for years trying to reach Shirou and Arturia power in combat he eventually learned about advanced reinforcement from Shirou and consequently his chakra control became much better. He already reached the level that most elite anbu are.

Reinforcement B

Taking Shirou's words as pure wisdom, Sasuke learned almost all that Shirou knows about reinforcement. With his level of reinforcement Sasuke can increase his parameters by a plus. His reinforcement is downgraded by his incapacity to utilize structural analysis,  but is also busted by the more peaceful nature of chakra.

Hand to hand combat A

Sasuke focused a lot of his time training in hand to hand combat, being so talented at it that he would make the weaker jonins inferior to him regardless of physical poweress.

Kenjutsu B+

While being skilled in hand to hand combat, in the end Sasuke trained with probably the two most skilled swordsmen in this world. There's no way that he wouldn't be influenced by those two. He is already better than almost all shinobis with a sword. Sasuke also knows other types of swordsmanship than what the normal shinobi practices.

Sharingan(Three tomoe:False)

Sasuke is the only known case of sharingan regressing to a previous state, that's due to the fact that he can only activate his third tomoe with reinforcement, under normal conditions he can't really use the third tomoe.

Because of the sharingan Sasuke can master almost everything about someone's fighting style.

The all seeing eyes B(Sharingan)

Also an ability granted by sharingan that lets its user predict everything on his sight by a couple of seconds in the future at most and the capacity to see through most normal illusions.

Reinforced Sharingan A

Sasuke can reinforce his sharingan, increasing his capacity to see in the distance. Because of the sharingan's natural capabilities Sasuke can't see as far as Shirou's reinforced eyes. Shortening his viewing distance by 50m instead of Shirou's 4km.

Cursed Mark C(A)

Cursed Mark is a senjutsu kinjutsu created by Orochimaru with the intentions of making its bearer transform into a half sage creature and porting a partial portion of his chakra essence and soul so that he could possibly possess the body of whoever posses the mark. The cursed mark has two stages: partial assimilation and full transformation. On the first stage the user gains considerable increases on all his parameters(except luck) and in its second stage the user becomes a sage creature gaining tremendous increase in all parameters, according to each mark and mastery over it and senjutsu those parameters may increase even more.

Gaara is one of the people in the world that can use magnetic release. Due to being young Gaara is not the best at it, but he can still pull up an A-rank ninjutsu on occasion.

Curse of Hate A

Due to being hated by almost everyone he knows, Gaara decides to do the same, hating the whole world in return. Due to his psychopathy Gaara developed several other mental issues that in turn makes him want to kill people to feel alive and to feed it to his sand, the only thing that makes him remember his mother's love. With this skill Gaara can get continuously stronger by killing people that he deems worthy of feeding his 'mother'.

Noble Phantasms

Shukaku A(false)

A partial transformation of Gaara on the one tailed beast. In this form all of Gaara's main statuses are increased by one rank with the exception of endurance.

Shukaku EX(True)

A full transformation of Gaara where he becomes the one tailed beast. Gaara is one of the few current jinchuuriki that doesn't have an amicable relationship with his bijuu, this makes Shukaku take full control over Gaara making the transformation significantly weaker than other perfect jinchuuriki. An bijuu is an 'immortal', giant and highly intelligent beast that can destroy entire countries if let alone, but most of the time they rarely choose to actively attack humans and mostly prefer to maintain a neutral status with them.

As Shukaku takes control over Gaara's body he gains his own set of parameters.
