The Ox king

"Why am I the only one who is driving the car?" Bulma asked Goku as they continue their journey.

She was forced to drive the car as Goku's body was too small and could not reach the brakes.

"And why is it still hot we have already left the desert," Bulma said with frustration in her voice.

She had a terrible dream last night while she fell asleep for a few moments in the bathtub and didn't have the clearest mind at that time.

"Well, it might be because the mountain over there is burning," Goku said to Bulma as he pointed at a burning mountain.

"Ehhhhh. So that's why it's so hot." Bulma said as she stopped the car to take a good look at the mountain from afar.

"Look. There is a castle on top of the mountain." Goku said.

"The sixth dragon ball might be inside there then," Bulma said.

"Let's try to find a path to get over the fire," Bulma said as she and goku hopped into the car and continue to drive.

They arrived in a small village that seemed to be destroyed.

Numerous skeletons are scattered around the village.

"Be careful there are Dead people everywhere," Goku said to bulma.

"There is no mistaking it. According to the radar, the dragon ball is in the castle." Bulma said to Goku.

"Do you have any ways to get inside the castle?" Bulma asked Goku.

"I could use the power pole to jump into the fire," Goku said to Bulma.

"No. I am sure we can find another way." Bulma said to Goku.

"Huh. What are you talking about? Did you do your head while you are sleeping yesterday?" Goku said to bulma.

"Get down," Goku said as he tackled Bulma as an axe strike the position where she was previously standing in.

A giant man who is wearing a helmet with horns approached the place where goku and bulma were and started to stare at them.

"Who are you? And what are you doing over here." The giant man said as he retrieve his axe.

"Do you know that it's not polite to throw your axe at people?" Goku said to the Giant man.

"I will show you the consequences of going after my treasure." He said as he swings the axe at Goku.

"You old bastard," Goku said as he used his power pole to clash with the axe.

[What power? He is stronger than me.] Goku thought as he used all the strength he have to push the Giant man back off.

"That pole." The giant man said in shock.

"What? Do you know my grandfather also?"Goku said in a mocking tone.

"Grandfather. Do you mean son Gohan? You are Gohan's grandson." The giant man asked goku.

"Is it me or does my grandfather seems to know almost everyone on the planet," Goku said as he backed off a bit from the giant man.

[It seems that I can talk my way out of this. But you can't be too sure about a person that attacks someone that he doesn't know from a blind spot.] Goku thought.

"Who are you?" Bulma asked the Giant man.

"My name is Ox king. And I am the owner of that castle over there." The ox king introduced himself to Goku and bulma.

"I used to study under the great mutan roshi with Son Gohan when I was young. I was his number 2 student while your grandfather was the first." Ox king told Goku and Bulma.

"It looks like your grandfather was kind of a big deal," Bulma said to Goku.

"No wonder you are really strong." Goku complimented Ox king as he found out he was not an enemy.

"Bulma shows him why we are here," Goku whispered into Bulma's ears.

"Mr Ox king. Sir. We are looking for these objects called dragon balls. If you have one can you give it to us?" Bulma said.

"Sure. Since you are Gohan's grandson's friend I can give you the dragon ball if I have it. However, all my treasures are stuck in my castle and I can't get past it because of the fire." Ox king said to bulma.

"I think I can get into the castle," Goku said to the ox king.

"You can?" The ox king asked.

"I can use the power pole to pole vault into the castle without catching fire and find the dragon ball myself," Goku said.

"Well good luck with that." Ox king said to Goku.

"Yeah, I am off," Goku said as he poles vault into the castle.

The power pole can extend up to the moon so getting in was no big deal.

Goku even spins the power pole as some sort of a helicopter to break the fall.

"Hot. Hot." Goku said as he took off his clothes apart to cool himself off and went inside the castle.

He walked around the castle for a bit and saw a painting of a beautiful black-haired woman in traditional Chinese clothing.

"This must be his wife," Goku said as he took a second to look at the picture and continue his search for the Treasury.

Finally, he arrived in a room filled with gold, jewellery and other valuable-looking items.

"There it is." he immediately found an orange ball sticking out of piles of gold coins.

It was really hard to miss something like that.

"I think owing a favour to that ox king guy would not be that bad either," Goku said as he picked up the dragon ball and throw a capsule that doesn't have any items towards the place where most treasures are located.
