Chapter 19: Arena War Game End

Ganesha yelled "Now!! Let's get ready to rumbbblllleeee!!!! I am Ganesha!!"

The Takemikazuchi Familia started to charge at Noctis. In the next moment Asuka the mage of their team was imbedded in the arena wall. Many people did not notice especially everyone who is below level three. Even some level threes had a hard time seeing what happened.

The Takemikazuchi Familia felt a breeze as when they turned around they saw Asuka stuck in the wall. They then saw Noctis stretching.

Noctis smirked "Well that takes care of the mage."

Noctis looked at the rest of them. "Don't worry I don't think I killed him or her. Honestly can't tell."

Ouka yelled in rage as he just started to blindly charge at Noctis. Mikoto and Chigusa paused for a second but shortly started to follow after. Ouka did a vertical overhead strike with his sword on Noctis.

Noctis already had his gauntlets and blood boots out. This with his samurai armor that was tattered and damage made him look like an undead soldier on the battlefield

Noctis caught the great sword with both his hands as he then pushed it up and punched Ouka who got pushed into Chigusa. Falling into each other and landing on the ground. Mikoto was still charging at Noctis with her Katana. As she swung violently at Noctis.

Noctis simply dodged or deflected the swings. "Mikoto I would rather not hurt you. You think you could surrender."

Mikoto kept helplessly swinging as her teammates got up. "I can not abandon my Familia."

Noctis had a wide grin "Good answer."

Noctis then punched at her she quickly tried to block with her katana and was then sent flying into Ouka and Chigusa.

The three got up. Ouka then said "Listen we need to encircle him an attack him together as a team he is clearly stronger then us."

Noctis looked at him as if he was an idiot "No shit I'm stronger. I killed what you were running from."

So they did just that. Noctis watched as he got encircled as well. Noctis smiled once they were done "Well come on then let's get this started."

All three charged in as Noctis was waiting for whatever they were planning to do. Too bad for them that Noctis saw what they were going to do easily. Their movements were slow. Plus with his predictive killing intent it was easy to be a couple steps ahead. He was surprised however when he only saw Ouka's and Chigusa's future moves. Meaning that Mikoto had no killing intent towards him.

Ouka made a horizontal slash at Noctis. He caught it by putting both his palms together. Then before Chigusa could strike he moved towards Ouka and elbowed him in the stomach causing him to release his weapon and take a knee on the ground. Noctis then quickly jumped back as Mikoto tried to cut him with her katana.

Noctis then inspected the great sword that he just took as Chigusa kept charging at him. Noctis decided to use the flat side and swung it like a bat sending Chigusa in the same hole in the wall that Asuka was in. Ouka however came up behind Noctis and bear hugged him. Noctis dropped the sword and sighed "What's the point of this?"

Ouka then yelled "Hurry Mikoto stab him while I got him restrained."

Mikoto started to charge at Noctis. Noctis shook his head "Of course the same person who decided to Pass Parade would have such barbaric tactics."

Noctis simply bent his knee up and swung his leg back down into Oukas knee causing it break and dislocate. Ouka screamed out in pain and dropped Noctis. Mikoto was started but was able to keep charging at Noctis.

Noctis picked up Ouka and used him as a shield in the last second. Mikoto slashed down and left a deep cut in Oukas back. Noctis then spun around and threw Ouka into the same hole as the rest.

Mikoto quickly recovered from cutting her own Familia and started to swing at Noctis again. Noctis simply dodged or reflected again as she kept going. Noctis looked her in the eyes as he kept evading her attacks "Do you still not surrender?"

Mikoto was panting between swings but her determination was strong "Never!"

Noctis had a wide sadistic grin "Good."

Noctis then ducked under a horizontal slash and kicked Mikoto's legs out from under her. He then flexibly and quickly got back up before she finished falling. Then on the way down he leaned back and swung his fist into the back of her head. She imbedded into the ground with a slight bounce.

Noctis then looked around as the stadium was quiet. He was slightly confused and muttered "I won right?"

What he did not know was that people were shocked by what they just saw before him. A level three should not be able to completely dominate four level twos like that. Especially one as a team with coordination. A team that has been together for a long time. People expected a close fight not an absolute beat down.

Then slowly the first person started to clap and it started to rapidly build up into cheers. Noctis looked towards where the Loki Familia private box was and saw them cheering as well. He had an actual smile on his face that was not from combat or from the torturer of others. But as soon as he had that smile it developed into a frown. He started to think of his old group. His group that use to cheer for his victories but later would cheer for his downfall. He started to think his Familia might be like that as well. He understood that thought process was wrong or at least he hoped it was wrong but it was hard to shake those thoughts.

He then looked down at Mikoto's body and flipped her over to see the damage. Surprisingly it was not too bad Noctis did hold back but she still got imbedded into the ground. He got a potion out of his inventory and poured it over her injuries to accelerate the healing process. Noctis then walked over to where Takemikazuchi was and gave her Mikoto and walked away before any kind of conversation should be had. He left the other three alone as he did not care about them as much.

Ganesha then came to the center where Noctis stood back at. Ganesha quickly grabbed his arm and raised it up "We have our winner Noctis the Blood Mage!!! I am Ganesha!!!"

The crowd erupted into further cheers and applause. However a good portion were also mad because everyone who doubted Noctis had actually bet against him and lost a small fortune.

Noctis quickly made his way up to the Loki private box to see what his Goddess thought. Once he entered everyone turned their heads towards him. Loki nodded "Good job Noctis. Are you really level three?"

Noctis gave a wry smile "Loki are you not the one who updates my status."

Loki smiled "Yes I am just making sure. Now why don't we all go celebrate and we can figure everything else out tomorrow."

Everyone gave a cheer as they all headed to the Hostess of Fertility.
