"Study well; we have a quiz in Pharmacology tomorrow."
Hearing about the sudden announcement of exam, Aiden's eyes widen in surprise. He fumbles in search for his phone but Daime stops him and shakes his head.
"He left his phone back home, saying that you might call him if you hear something about a quiz or a project that he forgot to tell you about."
It's Drax who answers Aiden's question as to why Daime stops him from contacting Primo about the quiz. Aiden curses under his breath and fake cry at the corner while Cassie rolls her eyes to Aiden.
"You don't understand it because you are smart!"
Cassie sighs calmly before she could ever hit Aiden's head for being a drama king again. It usually happens when Aiden feels like he is going to fail a subject. Cassie had seen his tantrums before so this is like a normal thing to see from Aiden.
"I mean, you can always ask him for the questions on the quiz."
It is a great idea. Daime hits Drax in the back of his head and Cassie glares at him, which made him flinches away from her.
"Stop being a bad influence."
Cassie's voice is stern enough to send shivers down to Drax's spine. Feeling this, he knows that he got it bad. He is constantly falling to Cassie without even knowing about it.
It's not the first time but he feels that Cassie will be his first to every single thing that could happen in their relationship if ever Cassie would give him the chance to prove that he is not just a Santoro.
It has been known that Santoros love to play when it comes to someone else's feelings. It has been like a tradition to them. Daime and Drax had their fair share of that experience.
But ever since leaving with Primo, they were forced to change their ways and adjust to Primo's ways.
But that doesn't mean that Primo is not like them either. He had more records of playing other than his cousins. That changes when he met this mysterious person who changed his and his cousins' lives forever.
They were still looking for that person but after knowing about Aiden, Drax could finally sigh in relief. They found him.
But that's not how their story ends.
Drax still feels that something is coming but they don't know what. He sighs as he looks at Aiden having his usual tantrum of cursing at Primo when he remembers something that Primo had said before.
"Hey, Aiden."
Aiden looks at Drax with a confused expression. Daime and Cassie looks at him as well but when Daime realizes what he is about to ask, he looks away and covers his whole face with his giant hands.
"What is your decision about Primo's question about a relationship?"
Aiden's eyes widen in surprise and would want to make Drax stop from talking because he doesn't want Cassie hearing about it.
"What relationship?"
Cassie's eyes widen in surprise upon hearing what the fuss is about. Her ears turn red and she looks like she is about to murder someone.
"PRIMOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"
***
Primo wakes up earlier than he should be and immediately cooks breakfast for his cousins.
Usually, he will not eat breakfast but because he had been hanging out in Aiden's house for the past few weeks, he starts to learn to eat breakfast with his cousins.
Aiden did say that family comes first. But for Primo, he is alone in this world. Even if Drax and Daime are here with him, he still feels lonely.
Ever since his brother died of malnutrition and anorexia, his mind is flooded with anger and pain towards the Santoro family.
He hates them and will forever hate them up until he dies.
He sighs as he stirs the cauldron filled with vegetables before pouring the right amount of water as it simmers down to boil.
He waits until it is completely cooked before pouring it to three separate bowls.
He even managed to fry fish and eggs as side dishes before going to his cousins' beds and wake them up. It's Monday and his cousins are still snoring on the bed.
"Five more minutes."
A tired Daime said while waving his arms on air. Primo is at the edge of the bed looking at Daime before sighing quietly.
He grabs the latter's hand and whispers in his ear.
"Five more minutes and you're dead."
Daime wake up as soon as he hears Primo's voice, planning his murder in his mind.
He blinks three times before rubbing his eyes to clear his vision. He looks at his side and sees Primo walking towards the door with his arms folded.
"Breakfast is ready, stand up."
Daime could only nod to the older man before scrambling to his feet and immediately take a shower and brushes his teeth. He didn't bother to dry his hair properly while putting his uniform on.
"What's up with him? It's still early."
Primo will be mad if he didn't come to the kitchen as soon as possible. Knowing this, he moves as fast as he can, grabbing everything that he can grab before going to the dining table.
He is the first one there but when Drax's bedroom door opens, it reveals a sulking Drax and a mad Primo. For Daime, he is out of Drax's business and Primo's anger.
They can deal it to themselves later. He is hungry.
He grabs his seat from the table and sits on it while Primo and Drax are looking at each other.
Normally, Daime and Drax will deal with this misunderstanding like a Santoro but Drax knows that Primo had always hate the Santoro way of dealing things except when he declares his challenge of courtship towards Aiden.
"On that thought…"
Speaking about this, Daime had never seen Primo use any Santoro skills that Grandmama had taught him whenever she calls for him. This made him think that maybe Primo didn't learn anything.
"But he did say, Grandmama made him learn everything… Is he possibly like.. lying?"
Daime sighs as he quietly eats his breakfast while his other cousins just begin theirs. After breakfast, Drax told Daime that he would be joining him to his classes since he doesn't have any class every Monday.
Daime agrees knowing that Primo won't have any class today except for his teaching class, where Aiden and Cassie are his students.
"They will be having a quiz today, right?"
Primo looks at Daime with a questioning look. He thinks about it for a second before shaking his head.
"Nope. Just an open book activity, why?"
Daime and Drax looks at each other before bursting into a fit of laughter.
"Oh my god. That Cassie woman! She completely tricked Aiden!"
Primo chuckles about what he heard and imagines what will Aiden say about this.
"Haaaa. I will hear him complain to me again?"
Daime and Drax continue to laugh all throughout the breakfast as they finish it as fast as they can before they are late for Daime's first period.
After breakfast, Daime and Drax went straight to Daime's class the moment Primo says his goodbye to them. They run as fast as they could to reach the class where no one is around.
Drax had never hated the crowd but he needs to find a place before the teacher would ask him to sit at the far end of the class.
Reaching the classroom, Daime opens the door and looks around. Seeing that no one is still there, he signals Drax to enter and sit beside him.
Primo made him wear glasses and a mask.
If the professor asks who he is, he could just cough the hell out of the teacher and mutter his name. Daime laughs at the genius idea but it's the only idea Primo can come up with, in a short period of time.
Daime is still happy, though.
Even after they had a misunderstanding the early morning, Primo is still willing to help Drax to get inside Clauff-Gon University.
It is a rule there that non-students of the university are not allowed to enter the premises no matter if they have authorization letter form the President or they need something from a student.
Drax sighs as he watches Daime's classmates to enter their class. They wait for the professor, who enters the room a little bit later. He notices Drax immediately and asks him to introduce himself.
Daime is panicking because he doesn't know if Drax is ready for an introduction. After a few seconds of coughing, Drax is able to introduce himself under an unknown name.
"Alexander Luvisnovinchi."
Daime stops panicking after Drax introduces an unknown name. The teacher didn't ask anything further but Daime is curious more than anything as to whose name it belongs to.
It is not definitely Drax's real name. Who is it?
