Basil Jaak drove Alice to the front of the bar.
"This is the place." Since it wasn't open for business, Basil Jaak had to ask someone to unlock the door.
The bar was divided into a main hall and private booths inside. Alice took a quick look around both areas to get a rough idea of the whole bar and noticed a few problems.
"Jaak, overall, the bar is quite good, and doesn't need major repairs, but there are a few details that need improvement," Alice told Basil Jaak frankly. "First, the partitions in the booths must be reinforced, otherwise, they can't soundproof at all; second, the bar counter needs remodeling, so it doesn't encroach on the dance floor; third, the tables near the dance floor are a bit messy and need to be redesigned to save space."
Basil Jaak nodded slightly when he heard Alice's analysis and then asked, "Anything else?"
Alice smiled awkwardly and replied, "Jaak, that's all I can think of for now."
