"Do you know who I am?"
The earlier voice was masked by the noise in the casino and didn't draw attention. Then, the decibel of the girl's words suddenly increased tenfold. Even in a noisy casino, it stood out, suddenly drawing everyone's attention.
"I don't know who you are, but I hope we can handle this minor issue amicably," Lydia White murmured, a frown creasing her forehead.
Standing beside Jessica Flack, Lydia had met her share of formidable figures before. However, dealing with an arrogant person like this girl was something she found especially distasteful. If possible, she desperately wished to avoid any further entanglements with her.
"Amicable?" The girl sneered. "You think after you bumped into me, we can still be amicable?"
Lydia remained silent, with a frown. She thought the girl was being unreasonable.
Basil Jaak thought it was time for him to step in. In situations like these, dealing with such unreasonable girls often required his intervention.
