14 Countdown of the last hour

Now Weapon was circling the village, and Cloud was unable to help. The team had to find a way to distract the weapon away from the village. They had another problem on their hands besides Weapon. The Lifestream was erupting from out of the village. Tifa had run back to check on Cloud.

"What's going to?"

"You go back in with Cloud. We have to deal with Weapon." Tifa ran back inside to be with Cloud. Cid and the team went to deal with Weapon. They almost beat Weapon, but it escaped. They thought the Lifestream stirred up due to Weapon. Then when Weapon left, the Lifestream settled down. The Lifestream started stirring again, and it causes an earthquake. The Cid and the team had to escape before the village collapse.

"Tifa, get Cloud and yourself outta here before this village collapses." Tifa didn't the team telling her to leave. But the doctor told her it's best to get out here before it was too late. They made it out the door and were almost to the entrance when they fell through the fall and into the Lifestream. Tifa awoke in darkness and the sound of voices speaking to her. She couldn't understand what they were saying at first. Then they started telling her things she would do that she wouldn't do. Then the room started spinning, and she ended up in Cloud's subconscious. She wasn't sure for how long she had been there. Then over all the voices spoke to her again about what she should do. She had to help Cloud find who he really was, but where to start at. So Tifa decided to start with the memory of him first coming to Nibelheim. The event happened about 5 years ago. The first time Sephiroth came here supposedly with Cloud. Cloud having to remember this memory might be a little for him, but Tifa would there to guide the way. Tifa remembers that two men came to the town. One was Sephiroth, and the other vibrant young man. She recalls that Sephiroth was very cold and impersonal. She then remembers something from that day but was afraid to tell Cloud.

"Cloud, you need to know that it wasn't you who came to our hometown five years old. I remember coming to the area where I was to meet you and waited, but I remember you never showed up. That when I saw Sephiroth, but not you. It was someone else.

"So your telling us the person who came with Sephiroth was Cloud? Cloud's subconscious questions Tifa. She couldn't explain why that was. She only knew he had to find that answer on his own. So Tifa went to the next part of Cloud's subconscious. Then she talks about the memory of when they made their promise under the stars and Cloud decided to join Solider.

The Cloud's subconscious feels as though this memory was a lie. Tifa told him to take his time and think back to that time. They go black to where the memory started, which was at the well. She knows the Cloud from that day was the real Cloud. She tells him to try and recall his memories of her, but when she tries for him to recall a memory, it doesn't come to him. As she finishes talking with the consciousness of their promise, the kid subconscious of Cloud asks her about those days. But she didn't know what he was talking about.

"At that, we were having a hard time. But it's no worries. You were busy with other things. So you wouldn't remember anyway. You always have a group with you, but you never let me in. I thought you guys were childish."

"Well, we were kids back then."

"But I thought I was from the kids you have around. I was wrong. But I wasn't as strong as the kids in your group. But the one thing I remember about that day was your mom."

"Yeah, I remember. That was the day my mom passed away. And I wish for her back, and my friends couldn't do anything to console me. So I ran away, and my friends chase after me. We ended up at Mt. Nibel. This place was known for people dying due to monsters. I didn't care about anything. So I went up that mountain and got trapped by a monster."

"I saw how badly wounded you were and tried my best to save you. But we both fell over the cliff. I only scraped my knee, but you far worse. I thought you would die. For seven days, you were in a coma. I was so upset with myself because I wasn't strong enough. So that day, I decided to join Solider. So I could become stronger and protect you." They Tifa and Cloud's subconscious head back to the memory of Nibelheim. He remembered the reactor.

"I remember Sephiroth hurt you. And Zak passes you by on his way to kill Sephiroth."

"I remember! It was Zak who came with Sephiroth. So where were you?" Tifa wanted to know all that Cloud remembered from that day.

"I Zak dead, and you lying at the bottom of the steps. I moved you out of the way and went after Sephiroth. I killed him!" Tifa looks at the shock on Cloud's subconscious face. He remembered that he was the one who killed Sephiroth.

"You killed Sephiroth? Why?"

"He hurt you, and he hurt Zak." Cloud admired Sephiroth and wanted to be like him, but when he hurt Tifa and that where he drew the line. I didn't become what I told you I wanted in Solider. I didn't become Captain. I was just a measly guard. That is what happened." Tifa couldn't believe that is what happens.

"So your memories were partly correct. Just a little mixed up. But at least you kept your promise." It was time for all of Cloud's consciousnesses to come together. She went to him to see if he was ok.

"Cloud? Cloud? Are you ok?"

"Uh... Tifa. Is that you? Where am I?"

"Cloud, we're in your conscious. I helped you figure out your memories. Now your back to being you. How do you feel?'

'I feel fine. I finally remember who I am and everything that happened. I'm glad to see you again. Thank you." Tifa was so happy to see Cloud finally. Clayton was happy that his favorite was back to being himself. He was able to be his avatar. When Clayton's consciousness became Cloud, he could see all of his memories, and he felt that he was now himself. Now it was time for them to leave this place and find the rest of the gang. Cloud and Tifa needed to find a way out because the Lifestream voices were starting to get to them. They swam up the Lifestream back to the torn down village. And were met by the team. The team was happy to see them. Cloud was back with his team, and he apologizes to the team for everything that had happened. The team didn't really care about that. They were just happy he was back to himself. Now it was time to get busy. They had to figure out how to stop Weapon, destroy Meteor, and kill Sephiroth. Now it was time to get the last Huge Material, and it was located at Junon. Time for some underwater deep-sea diving. We landed at the Junon dock and got into the submarine. We had to be careful cause Rufus and his men around, and we can't let them get a hold of that material. We were given a timer of 10 mins to find this material. We search and search. Looking in corners and dark places. Down to our last 2 minutes, and we find the material, but Shrina steals it from us. We tried to chase them down, but we couldn't catch up. We did find out where they were heading next. Cait Sith was able to eavesdrop and found out they were head to Shrina .26, aka Rocket Town. Going back to where we first met Cid. Clayton thought to himself he'll be glad to see Shera again, maybe. Well, Cloud directs the pilot to Rocket Town.
