Captivated by Lust

"Can you spare me a minute of your time". Jack called out softly to Bella who was about to leave after dropping his order. 

Fear creeped into Bella's heart. Why would a stranger who she had barely just met call out to her?

"Am sorry sir, I am busy". She replied hastily as she turned to face the man who was before her. 

"When would you be free then". Jack asked as she was about to turn. 

"I won't be free". She said as she turned to leave hurriedly to avoid any more questions.

Jack laughed faintly on seeing the way the lady reacted to him. He didn't mind either as he had the belief that he was going to get what he wanted. 

Bella questioned herself for not giving the young man a chance to have a chat with her. She wished she could rewind the clock and give him a chance, but it was too late. 

It occurred to Bella that she needed to clear the tables. She prayed that the young man might still be there. On entering the room she sighted the young man still seated there. She stood for some seconds staring at him in fear and mixed feelings. She was immediately drawn from these thoughts when Jack's eyes fell on her. She hastened from where she was standing and moved to clear the tables. 

Jack held Bella's hand as she was about to carry the train of his plates from the table. "Let go of me". Bella said in a shaky voice. 

"I want to speak to you and am serious". Jack said in a very commanding voice. His voice could send a shiver down the spine of a soul. 

Bella's heart pondered harder and faster. She was already getting tensed up, she tried freeing her hand from his grip but she was unable to.  She avoided staring into Jack's eyes even though her eyes wanted her to.

"Do you mind if I know your name?". Jack asked in a polite manner. 

Bella held her lips tight together, her heart raced more. "Bella". She managed to stammer. 

"That such a beautiful name you got, and it really suits you". Jack said as his fingers ran through Bella's cheek. 

Bella immediately pulled her face backwards. She couldn't tell her body state at that particular time, she felt she was already losing control of herself.

"Anyway, I am Jack". Jack introduced himself. Bella ignored him as she kept her face still bent.

"Excuse me sir Ihave some duties to finish". Bella said as she tried releasing her hand Jack's gripped ones more. 

Jack still held tight to Bella's hand; he was not yet ready to let go of her.

"Please let me go or I scream". Bella tried being serious but her little voice made it look like she was only making a joke. 

"Fine". Jack said as he released his grip. "But now I will be back soon". Jack told Bella with a funny laugh. 

Bella quickly left, she gasped heavily, she was already getting out of breath. Her mind was still troubled, fears still held her as she remembered every bit that has transpired between her and Jack. She could only pray that she was not in trouble.

She peeped through the door and saw Jack . Why is he still here, why hasn't he left it's nearly past seven. Bella wondered within her. She felt like going to meet him and let him know that it was time to lock the restaurant and he should move to the bar. But no, that would mean inviting another round of opportunity for him. She stood perplexed for some seconds and then her mind made the decision that she approached him and let him know.

"Oh, I see you are less busy now". Jack said, having a little smile on his face as Bella approached his direction.

"Am not here for talks, I only wanted to let you know that it's time to close the restaurant and it is best you move over to the bar if you feel like still staying". Bella hurriedly said as her heart skipped. She couldn't tell whether it was fear or shock of her speaking to Jack. 

"As a matter of fact, I am not yet ready to leave and I do not want to go to the bar. What should I do?". Jack enormous voice covered Bella's ears. 

Bella's heart skipped harder,  she knew that Jack was only trying to create a way to have a chat with her. But she was not yet ready or about to give in. 

"Is that how you stare at your customers when they ask you a question?". Jack noticed Bella's fears to speak to him. 

"I don't have an answer to that question. And it's not my duty to have conversations with customers". Bella said with a silent sigh. 

Jack laughed in an annoying manner. "But you are meant to satisfy your customers' needs right?". He asked with a weird look on his face. 

"Yes". Bella bluntly replied.

"Why then do you not want to satisfy my needs if that's what you are meant to do". Jack asked her once again in a more frightening way as he stood up. 

Bella's heart skipped harder, she wondered what his wants were that she had been unable to satisfy. She became tense as Jack advanced her, she tried taking a step backwards but was prevented from doing so as he wrapped his right hand around her waist pulling her closer to himself. She was already running out of breath, her heart skipped harder than before, her fears increased greatly. 

"Map out a time that we can meet". Jack said to Bella who was already getting frozen. 

"I don't have any spare time". She said hastily.

"Then be expecting me here on sunday evening". Jack said, dropping his hand from her waist. 

Bella had no other word to say but to stare at Jack in a disgusting manner. 

"Looking to see you by then". Jack said with a smile round his face as he turned to leave. 

Bella gives out a huge sigh as Jack leaves the restaurant. "Men are so stupid". She said to herself.
