Maria is an 18-year-old, young, beautiful girl, possessing remarkable beauty. She lived alone on the 21st floor of an apartment in Mumbai, the largest city in India. On this particular evening, exhaustion draped over her like a heavy shroud. After a refreshing shower and a change of attire, she settled on her balcony, her gaze transfixed on the vast expanse of the night sky. Her thoughts meandered through the familiar channels of her daily routine and the challenges she faced as a restaurant receptionist. Her workplace was a refuge for inebriated souls who often crossed the line, leaving her feeling harassed.
As her mind wandered, a gentle nudge from her cat pulled her back to reality. She scooped up her feline companion and turned her eyes skyward once more. There, the full moon bathed the world in its ethereal glow, casting a hushed tranquility over the streets below. While she was entranced by the moon, her attention was drawn to azure specks descending from the lunar surface, on the far side of the distant mountains. These radiant blue lights resembled miniature angels, each adorned with sparkling, fairy-like tails. Although initially struck with fear, she soon found herself filled with curiosity, observing their beckoning gestures. For twenty minutes, this enchanting display held her rapt, until all faded away, leaving only the constellations and the luminous full moon in the night's canvas.
The following day, as she trudged through her mundane job, her thoughts fixated on the previous night's spectacle. Once nightfall descended, she returned to her balcony. To her astonishment, the celestial ballet of blue lights, reminiscent of celestial angels, once again unfolded on the moonlit canvas beyond the mountains, beckoning her with their tiny, radiant hands. Fatigue and disillusionment from her restaurant gig had left her feeling drained. Just then, her boss summoned her, demanding an early morning task of procuring fruits and vegetables from the market. Overwhelmed by frustration, she retorted with a decisive resignation and disconnected the call.In that pivotal moment, she resolved to embark on an impromptu road trip, with her loyal feline companion by her side. As she drove, her destination shifted toward the enigmatic mountains from which the blue angels descended. And thus, her extraordinary journey began.
On the Road to the Mysterious Mountain
She was on her way to the mountain, with old music playing in the background, her eyes continually fixed on the mountain from which the blue light had emanated. It appeared to be somewhat distant, but her determination pushed her forward.
During her drive, she suddenly spotted something on the side of the road, perhaps a deer in pain or some other creature. This sight tugged at her conscience, prompting her to apply the emergency brake, bringing the car to an abrupt halt. Her cat tumbled from her lap to the rear seat, fortunately unharmed. She quickly opened the car door and retrieved her cat from the back seat. Then, she grabbed a flashlight from the trunk and walked back along the road to investigate what was crying in the darkness.
In the beam of her flashlight, she discovered an injured deer that seemed to have been struck by a passing car, injuring its legs. The deer was clearly in pain and crying out. Filled with compassion, Maria gently lifted the deer and placed it in her car. She covered it with a blanket and sprayed some water on it to provide relief. She then secured her cat in the front seat with a seatbelt.
Overwhelmed with sympathy for the injured deer, she momentarily forgot her initial plan to reach the mountain. Instead, she made a U-turn and drove the injured animal to the nearest animal doctor. It was around 3:00 a.m., and the person, presumably the doctor, was asleep inside the clinic. She knocked on the door repeatedly until the person woke up and opened the door.
The middle-aged man with glasses noticed the beautiful young woman standing there, holding a cat in one hand and a bucket in the other, with the injured deer's face peering out. Before he could inquire about the situation, Maria hurried inside his clinic. She observed many animals in cages, some resting, while others moved about.
The man turned on the lights in the clinic, filling the space with brightness. Maria handed the bucket with the injured deer over to the doctor, and the story continues
