Gods and Thieves
7,000 years ago, monsters breached the portals of Erebos and attacked all the world's the portals connected to. Only a few managed to survive this utter destruction.
7,000 years later, the monsters return.
Erix Nocturne is a forgotten god. He partook in the major war with the monsters. However, the gods lost. Which is pretty pathetic when Erix - who is the god of death and destruction - is on your team. Now, he is nothing more than a cafe worker who wants a quiet life and doesn't know how to react when someone acts romantic towards him.
Dolion. Also known as the Adder. He is a well-known assassin in the underworld. He and his brother run the assassin's guild in the city of Plutus. And he believes in love at first sight. Which just so happens when he meets Erix.
These two men must work together to overcome their traumas, undergo life-or-death situations, an uncomfortable in-law meeting, and even more after their paths cross.

"Excuse me?! You can't just say that!"
"Why not?" The innocent look he wears doesn't fool the other. "Isn't it better to tell the truth? Communication is key to a good relationship after all."
"We're not in a relationship!"

Hiiiii! This is my first story on here and I have been wanting to jot this idea down on paper before, so please if it's crap, just tell me. My feelings won't be hurt I promise!
This is BL and might have some triggers in it. So read with caution. There will be blood, gore, and violence. Maybe some horror as well There may also be some ~mature~ scenes so if you aren't comfortable, I'd suggest skipping over.
