"So boring…"
A light-blue figure with neatly combed white hair let out a long sigh.
"Even the time before the Tournament of Power didn't excite me."
"Did I really get isekai'd into Dragon Ball… just to be bored in space?"
Roy clicked his tongue, frustration all over his face.
Yes—he was a transmigrator.
When he first arrived in this world, Roy had been thrilled. His mind raced with ambition, eager to leave his mark in this universe—no matter the title or path he'd need to take.
But just a second later…
"Oh, shit!"
He froze on the spot.
Weren't these the angels? The very pinnacle of power—above even the Grand Priest?
He could feel it: an endless, godly force coursing through his body, deeper than the cosmos itself.
"Wait... is this really the Dragon Ball universe?!"

"Am I… stronger than the Grand Priest?!"
Before he could even scream in shock—
Two tiny figures suddenly appeared in front of him, their presence confirming everything.
"Roy, let's play!"
"Yeah! Let's call Son Goku to join too!"
The two Zenos appeared, bouncing with excitement.
In that instant, Roy understood where in the timeline he had landed.
"Looks like we're just past the defeat of Zamasu. Next up… the Tournament of Power."
Roy had thought that his arrival would somehow change the flow of the original Dragon Ball storyline. But no—everything was unfolding just like before.
For now, anyway.
In the arena of the Gods of Destruction, where the twelve universes had gathered, Roy was interested at first—but that quickly faded into boredom.
Still, there was a silver lining.
His power had skyrocketed—far beyond what it had been when he first landed here. And he continued to grow stronger every day.
Things the Grand Priest once struggled with—Roy could now do effortlessly.
He didn't even fear Zeno's "erase" ability anymore.
Zeno happily skipped toward Roy, flanked by the two silent guards.
The moment he saw Roy, he rushed forward excitedly.
"Roy! I'm so bored! Let's play!"
Bored? I'm the one going insane here!
As a being meant to be absolutely neutral, stuck in this place with endless restrictions, Roy had to constantly endure Zeno's childish chaos.
He wanted to yell at him—but knew better.
Thankfully, the other Zeno had been taken to the future by Whis. If not, the double trouble would've driven him crazy.
Roy gently pushed Zeno away and said calmly:
"Go play somewhere else. I'm busy right now."
What?!
The guards behind Zeno frowned.
Something felt off. Why was the Grand Priest suddenly treating Zeno with less reverence?
And more importantly—why did he feel so much stronger than before?
What had he done to gain such power?
If Roy could hear their thoughts, he'd probably just scoff.
If I acted like the old Grand Priest, always bowing and scraping… what kind of main character would that make me?
No thanks.
With Roy's current power, he didn't just stand at the top of the Dragon Ball universe.
Even in other worlds—there was almost nothing to fear.
Unless, of course, the original Grand Zeno—the one above all—returned.
But that old man had already passed down the universal laws to little Zeno, entrusted them to the Grand Priest, and vanished.
Dead or alive—no one knew.
So Roy wasn't worried at all.
He waved his hand, dismissing Zeno's request and preparing to return to the Angel Realm.
According to the timeline, the Angel Intern—Merus—was about to train Son Goku in Ultra Instinct.
Eventually, he would even go against Moro himself.
Which, of course, would violate the sacred principle of angelic neutrality.
Roy narrowed his eyes.
"I better go warn that kid. If he dares interfere with mortals again and disobeys his father's rules…"
Will Roy just let Merus turn into a mortal and be done with it?
Not a chance.
"I'll kill him outright."
Roy wasn't like the old Grand Priest. He didn't mess around.
Just as he turned to leave—
Zeno, undeterred by rejection, still spoke in a childish tone:
"The last Tournament of Power was really fun."
"Hey, hey, Roy! Let's do it again!"
"This time, call the entire universe! Let's have another battle!!"
He sounded so excited, clearly satisfied with his own idea.
Roy twitched.
It felt like ten thousand Friezas were stampeding through his brain.
Are you serious?!
There were only twelve universes. Last time, they already called the strongest fighters from each one.
What, were they supposed to drag in parallel universes this time?
Ridiculous.
But then he glanced at Zeno's pitiful face… and sighed.
"Well, we did leave out four universes last time."
"This time, we'll bring in those four and see if they have anyone stronger than Son Goku or Jiren."
With that in mind, Roy activated his telepathy.
He began contacting the Angels and Gods of Destruction from Universes 1, 5, 8, 12… and Universe 4.
They'd soon discuss the details of the new battle.
But just as Roy was about to descend—
He lightly tapped his staff.
His eyes flashed with a spark of insight.
A bolder, crazier idea swirled in his mind.
Why stop at Dragon Ball?
If we really want excitement…
Why not break the barriers between worlds—
And start a multiversal war?!
