Chapter -24 A new assistant for Kuon (Part 1)

It was a bright midday for the traveler on the lone road to the camp. The road was a little rough and dry as such dust flew when a brown horse slowly pulled a lone carriage on its back carrying two people. The wooden carriage was driven by a hooded male who wore an emblem of the Lion tying the hood to cover his features. Inside it a female sat covering her head with a blue scarf to hide her face but a few strings of her light golden hair could be seen. The only skin that can be seen was her hands which were pale and fidgeting in nervousness. She wore a dark green dress covering till the length of her heels. Her shoes are hardly seen from the dress.

She carried one trunk on her side and small brown leather bag which she clutched to herself. Her eyes looked down to her hands they would not stop shaking. She kept muttering to herself the whole way. She was counting the moment when she will reach her decision.
