Warning: I do not own the characters besides my own creation and the picture used for the book is not mine. What would happen if someone with no will to fight is thrown into a dying world filled with violence, death, and infection? What would someone do if he realizes that the world could end at any moment? He will become an wall that everyone leans on, a wall that everyone depends on. An Unbreakable Wall.

Chapter 1Last Sacrifice

'Some people say I am too generous for my own well being'

A person thought as he waits outside of a restaurant letting out a small sigh. He turns around and watch as a group consisting of 4 males and 4 females having fun, drinking, making jokes, and more. He chuckles sadly as he pulls out a cigarette and lighter.

He puts the cigarette into his mouth as he then tries to light it. He kept flicking and flicking as small sparks form but no fire. He kept flicking faster and faster before realizing small drops of tears dripped down his cheeks.

"I can't even smoke a cigarette... hehe does god must really hate me that much?" The person said as cigarette falls from his mouth. The night felt colder than usual as snow slowly falls onto his jacket. He lets out another sigh as he looks back again to see the group of people stumbling towards the entrance. The man noticing this quickly wiped his tears as he puts on a fake smile. The door then opened and the group came out with all their faces flushed red.

"Than-*hic* for the party-*hic* David" One of the males said as he gives out a goofy smile.

"Yeah! That was real-*hic*-ly fun!" One of the females said as she gives David a pat on the back.

David just nods his head as he leads them down the street to a large parking lot. The lot was essentially empty with only one large van covered in snow. The group stumbled after David as he leads them towards the van.

When they reached the van David turns around to make sure no one has just passed out on the snow.

'one, two three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine and that's all of the- wait... nine!' David widens at the realization as there were not eight but nine people behind him. What made him tense up was the ninth person pulls out a small un from his jacket.

"HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE THEM" The person yelled out, by now the whole group froze as their flushed faces instantly paled. The whole group group including David raised their hands in fear as the man walks around them taking everything out of their pockets and bags. David watched as his friend's belongings were stolen until it was finally his turn. The man was rough as he shoves his hand roughly through his pockets trying to find any hidden items.

The man continued to search David until he noticed a small glint coming from David's neck. He smiled in glee as he quickly reaches for it and rips it of David's neck. It was a necklace with a small ruby embedded into a silver shield held together by a silver chain.

"Jackpot!" The man said in excitement before a fist punched him straight in the face.

"THAT'S MINE!" David yelled in rage, he didn't care about his wallet or phone being stolen however for the first time of his life he was mad at someone stealing. He then quickly grabbed necklace as he wrestles the thief into the ground. The man in a panic fired his gun-*BANG*-straight into David's stomach.

"FUCK" David yelled out as he clutches his stomach. The group was stunned before being horrified looking at the blood seeping from David's clothes including the man that shot.

"I- I didn't mean to-" The man nervously said before running desperately away even dropping everything that was stolen. The group immediately surrounded David asking if he was okay or calling the hospital. However their voices started to fade as his vision started to blur. He looks up to the starless sky for the last time as he clenches his hand around his neckless. He gave one last smile at the group before light faded from his eyes.
