Both people were childhood friends of Yu Zhen, but as they grew up so did their feelings. What will happen when Yu Zhen is suddenly pulled out of both their lives? But the least I can do right now is just to protect you both.” Author's Note: This short story is written in first person and has two narrations. As you progress through the chapters you will see that each chapter is either Xin Yi or Shou Yi telling you of their interactions with Yu Zhen. This is the first time I attempted a story like this.
