Hold many secrets

Two days later.

"Hello, Hello" said Ollie as he walked into the library with a huge smile on his face.

"Oh no!!" said Maddie out loud as she groaned and she closed the book that she was reading, this could not be happening no, no at all, he had only gotten a two day break from this guy and yet here he was again.

"Prince Oliver?" asked Annie in surprise as she turned to look at Ollie as Matt also did the same. e

"The one and only, did you miss me?" asked Ollie as he smiled.

"Oh and once again, it's Ollie" said Ollie as he smiled.

"Oh sorry, yes Ollie" said Annie as she corrected herself again and she smiled, she always forgot that he wanted them to call him Ollie.

"Hey Matt, my dude" said Ollie as he smiled at Matt.

"Hello" said Matt as Maddie looked at him and shook her head as if he was dining with the enemy.

"Grouchy, oh I know you missed me" said Ollie as he smiled and he turned to look at Maddie was he winked at her.

"Not the slightest bit" said Maddie as she scoffed.

"Oh well not to worry, you do not even need to miss me because I am here now" said Ollie as he smiled and Maddie scoffed, oh how she wished that he would just go away and she would finally be in peace.

"So what are we doing here?" asked Ollie as he smiled and he sat down on the couch very comfortably as Maddie grunted and she stood up from the couch, she did not want to be anywhere near this annoying guy.

"We?" asked Matt and Annie both at the same time as they looked at Ollie in confusion.

"Yes we, there is no one here except for the four of us" said Ollie as he smiled.

"Ahh I see" said Annie.

"Yes, yes, so what are we doing here?" asked Ollie as he smiled as Maddie ignored him and she placed a book back on the shelf.

"Umm well we are looking for information on a mountain" said Annie

"Oh really now?" asked Ollie as he smiled, what a coincidence, he just also happened to be searching for information on mountain as well.

"Which mountain are you looking for information on?" asked Ollie as he smiled.

"Caligo" said Annie innocently as Ollie's eyes went wide as he was in shock, why were they looking for information on Mount Caligo of all mountains?? That mountain was extremely dangerous, even the mist there could kill you instantly.

"Why are you searching for information on Mount Caligo?" asked Ollie as he was concerned at this point, they were going too deep.

"Ummm…" said Annie as she hesitated and she turned to look at Matt, as if asking if she should tell him why, but then Maddie looked at Annie and she shook her head violently, they did not need Ollie involved in this, far from it, she was sure that he would ask to come along with them, and that would be just horrible.

Annie was thinking, but Curtis did say that there was nothing to hide, so she did not see a reason why she should not just tell Ollie the truth.

"Well the thing is I lost my powers" said Annie and Maddie sighed.

"Well I know that already, it is very obvious" said Ollie.

"But I don't see what that has to do with Mons Caligo" said Ollie.

"The thing is, Curtis thinks that the eternal waters can get me back my powers" said Annie as Maddie knew that they were really done for now.

"But that is impossible, I don't think that you seem to realize that Mount Caligo is the most dangerous mountain in our realm" said Ollie.

"And why is that?" asked Maddie as Ollie looked at her.

"Well because, the Mountain truly does hold many secrets, but it hides them, as a protective measure" said Ollie very grimly.

"The Mountain is known as extremely dangerous, even if you manage to survive, the mist that forms on the mountain is known to kill you almost instantly once you make the grave mistake of inhaling it" said Ollie as he explained.

"I am sure that is not true, because if it was Curtis would tell us, he didn't say anything about that" said Annie as Maddie and Matt agreed with her, Curtis was not crazy enough to suggest that they go somewhere that could end up killing them.

"You trust Curtis too much" said Ollie as it sounded more like a statement than a question.

"Yes I do, he is my guardian after all, and he would never do or say anything that would put me in danger" said Annie as she smiled, she trusted Curtis with her life, which was why she brought him back at the expense of her powers, the truth was that if she had known that her powers would have been taken away, she would have still done it anyway, because in the end, she could not imagine loosing Curtis.

"*Sigh, I really hope that you are right Annie" said Ollie as he sighed, one thing he knew now was that when it came to the Grey's anything was possible, he had known more through them for the past few weeks than he had in his entire lifetime.

But most of all he did not want Annie to get hurt at all, she did not deserve any pain at all.

"She is, so leave it at that" said Maddie as Ollie looked at her.

"So what do you want to know about Mount Caligo?" asked Ollie as he looked at Annie.

"Where is it located? How tall is it? And why it is dangerous, although you have already answered the last one" said Annie.

"It is located in the east of the realm, on the border, just north of the Plain of Kadam and East of the Agricola Realm" explained Curtis.

"Right there in the middle, sort of like a sinkhole, but it was instead filled with a mountain" said Ollie.

"It is over 500 meters tall, however that Is just my guess, I have heard that it is even taller once you see it with your own eyes" said Ollie.

"The Mountain Is always covered in mist at all times, it may look breath-taking, until it actually takes your breath, the mist the mountain emits is very poisonous and it can kill you" said Ollie.

"And hence why it is called Caligo, because Caligo means mist" said Ollie.

"Do people live on the Mountain?" asked Matt as everyone turned to look at him.

"Well no, it is the only uninhabited Mountain in the Witch Realm, the conditions up there are not suitable for life at all" said Ollie as he explained, ironically he had just confirmed this information, he still had his assignment due on the mountain dwellers.

"So you are basically saying that not only is the mountain dangerous, but It is desolate as well?" asked Maddie and Ollie nodded his head, Maddie did not know about everyone else, but for her, this whole thing did not sound promising at all, but she would not say anything at all, Annie was really desperate, and she did not want to be the naysayer here,

"But well anyway, since you all are going to Mount Caligo, then I am going as well" said Ollie.

"Oh no, wait a minute, we didn't invite you to tag along" said Maddie as she shook her head.

"Well you don't need to, because Annie already has, right Annie?" asked Ollie as he smiled and he turned to look at Annie as all eyes were on Annie now.

"Hahaa Umm… of course" said Annie as she laughed sheepishly, she could not possibly say no to him.

"But Prince Oliver, I am sure you will need to ask for the permission of the King and Queen first" said Annie as she added.

"Ollie, and also, you are right" said Ollie to himself as he internally face-palmed, he had forgotten all about his parents, how would he ask them if he would be allowed to go along with Annie?? He was sure that his mother would not mind at all, but his Father… well he was a different story entirely, he would not normally let him go anywhere, and not to even talk about to the most dangerous mountain in the Witch Realm.

He was done for, there was no way he would be allowed to go along with them.

"Well I need to go now, I will see you all later" said Ollie as he stood up and he suddenly walked away leaving Annie, Maddie and Matt confused.

"Is it me or does he get weirded every single time?" asked Maddie.

"It's not only you" said Matt as he shook his head.

"Apart from the fact that he forces us together like friend, but now he suddenly wants to come along with us? No way, Curtis better say no, and if he doesn't the King and Queen better not agree" said Maddie as she shook her head, there was no way that she was going to a dangerous mountain with Ollie, she was sure that she would die from his annoyingness before the mist could kill her.

"I mean he…" said Annie.

"He can come along with us, he has been helping us" said Annie as Maddie shook her head.

"We never forced him to help us, he did that on his own besides Annie, you are being way to lenient with him" said Maddie as she disagreed.

"Well I think he's not that bad" said Annie.

"I just think he's lonely" said Annie as she smiled.

"He is the Prince of the Witch Realm, I am sure he has many adoring screaming fans, he is definitely not lonely, trust me, that does not look like the face of a lonely person" said Maddie.

"Well, alright Maddie, you have made your point" said Annie as she laughed and she went back to reading.

"Matt, whose side are you on?" asked Maddie seriously as she turned to look at Matt.

"I agree with Annie… he's not that bad" said Matt.

"Oh my, Annie has got you too, well that's alright, because if you both are blind, I am not blind at all" said Maddie as Annie and Maddie looked at each other and Annie shook her head as she laughed.
