Isi perjanjian : 1) Saling membantu sesama kerajaan Walaupun perbedaan Ras 2) Ras Hitam dan Ras Putih bebas melewati perbatasan kerajaan dengan pengawasan ketat 3) Dilarang berperang antara kedua Ras yaitu ras Hitam dan ras Putih Perjanjian berjalan dengan baik dalam beberapa waktu, dan Semuanya berubah saat ras Hitam (terikat kontrak dengan para Iblis) melanggar isi perjanjian Mengkhianati ras Putih (terikat kontrak dengan para Dewa) dan Menyerang kerajaan White Clover, saat itu Kerajaan White Clover kalah berperang karna banyak pengkhianat yang berada di ras Putih salah satunya adalah adipati kerajaan White Clover yang bernama Raith Crombell.
