AFTER YOU DIE

Ever thought of what happens after a person dies? Well, mostly no. Chase Brown also never figured himself dead or ever thought about what would happen after he die. After he was involved in a terrible car accident, Chase later woke up paralysed in a hospital to his mom praying for his survival. However, a few minutes later he died. A few seconds after he died Chase ascended into a new world, a world very different from the typical world. Everything in this world is bizarre. Chase eventually learns that he just died and his ghost ascended into the world of the dead where only free ghosts dwell there. The ghosts that don't ascend here are trapped between the world of the living and the world of the dead. Chase has to cope in the bizarre world amongst the other free ghosts. He finds it hard as he misses his old life. Every day is a difficult day for him as he learns the scary and thought-provoking facts about ghosts.

Chapter 28. OUR TIME HERE IS OVER

Author's pov

Yusuf walked back into the Brown's house bearing gifts in his hands. He headed upstairs ignoring Mr and Mrs Brown who were resting on the couch. Once he was upstairs he walked in looking excited and happy.

"Hey, Chase?" He called as he stepped in.

"Where are you lazy ass? C'mon! I brought you some goodies from fancy hotels." He continued talking as he placed the bags on the table.

"I also brought some clothes from the best designers in town." He added.

"Whoa! It looks messy here. What happened?" He asked looking around. Chase's blanket was still on the floor and the remnants of the spells were spilt everywhere.

"Are you in the bathroom?" He asked and started walking towards the bathroom but before he got there the sword that was still lying on the bed grasped his attention.

"What a beautiful sword!" He exclaimed excitedly and took the sword into his hands.

"Yusuf?" Chase called startling him.

"Chase?" Yusuf called shakily.
