The old master is dead.
The high heels of a woman echoed round the hallway in disturbing treads, as she walked down to the old master's study. She reached the door, smiling at the old master's body guard while she opened the door.
"Good evening, father." She greeted, sitting on the chair opposite the old master.
"You never told me you were coming, Leia." The old master said with a grumpy old voice, as the woman gave him an innocent, beautiful smile.
"I'm sorry father, I didn't mean to come uninvited," the woman beamed lightly.
"You don't have to announce your coming. You're still my daughter in-law anyways, you can come whenever you want." The old master modified his words.
"Thank you father."
"I hope you already called for a board meeting, so you can submit your resignation letter and hand over the company, the old master said, causing the woman to frown.
"No, father, I haven't done that." She said calmly, regardless the anger that was bubbling inside of her.
