Harry Potter : The Change of Legacy ( Abandonned )
It begins as a classic transmigration fanfiction: A young British teenager named Jacob Ashford, 15 years old, dies in a hospital of a lung disease and thus finds himself in the world of Harry Potter (The wizarding world). In 1980, he found himself in a wizarding family with a new name Athanasius Sayre and a new loving family. However, wearing the name Sayre is accompanied by both a good reputation for one and a bad reputation for the other, especially in Britain. Follow Athanasius Sayre as he learns about his dark heritage and shows that his heritage is not as dark as the wizarding world would have you believe and can even be used for good, as did his earlier ancestor Isolt Sayre, the founder of Ilvermony, the American school of magic.
This story, will follow the main canon events in history, without however being entirely faithful to it and there will be all the same change, in the same way, I would try to be rather faithful to the lore of the wizarding world (Book Harry Potter, games Hogwarts Mystery and Hogwarts Legacy) without however preventing me from allowing to add to the lore to make a more complete history .
The character will not be a close friend of the golden trio ( Harry , Ron , Hermione ) and this same golden trio will not be the only responsible of the definitive death of Lord Voldemort .
For the main character, I would not want him to be op just because he has a powerful heritage. (It would be stupid for Athasane to surpass Dumbledore, Voldemort, and Grindelwald while still at Hogwarts, or for him to have a super-powered Occlumency or Legilimens as a child). However, he will be stronger and more advanced than his peers, but he won't be a first year with the power of a seventh year .
