As they had recruited about 1,700 surviving mercenaries in Madrid Town, there should be about 4,000 mercenaries now. 4,000 mercenaries against 50,000 low-level death spirits. Mercenaries would win without a doubt. An additional 700 or so Knights of Light and priests were part of the main force fighting against death spirits.
