Dear readers, I felt the need to clarify the 70 and 90 levels again so that there is no confusion as the story progresses. These two levels hold special significance within the system, and understanding them clearly might be important for the unfolding of the story.

70 DNA - Threshold for the Half-Human, Half-Animal Form

The 70% DNA level is an important threshold for anyone with Vex abilities, as it allows them to partially transform into a half-human, half-animal form. Upon reaching this level, a user can display distinct physical traits tied to their specific animal or insect DNA. However, this transformation is not just a simple physical change; it's unique to each individual.

Personalized Transformation: Even if two different users have the same animal DNA and both reach the 70% threshold, their transformations will never look exactly the same. For instance, imagine two individuals with 70% lion DNA. One might have a half-human, half-lion form with a large mane and powerful claws, while the other might have a slimmer mane, a different muscular structure, or even a different facial shape. Although both display lion-like traits, their transformations are shaped by their own physical and mental characteristics. There may be similarities, but they'll never be identical.

Control Level: At this stage, the individual has partial control over their transformation but can't fully master it. During the transformation, animal instincts may take over, making it difficult for the user to fully maintain their own willpower. As a result, the 70% level represents a stage where both power and risk increase.

90 DNA - Complex and Unique Abilities

The 90% DNA level is considered rare and incredibly powerful among Vex users. Those who reach this level develop abilities that are highly complex and completely unique to them. These powers go beyond simple offensive or defensive abilities; they are deeply connected to the individual's inner nature, character, and mental traits.

Complex or Simple, but Always Unique: Abilities at the 90% level can range from seemingly simple to highly complex, but in every case, they are unique to the individual and cannot be replicated by anyone else. For example, a user with 90% snake DNA might develop the ability to temporarily make surrounding objects "invisible," while another person with 90% snake DNA might instead have the ability to create variable heat in different parts of their body. Even with the same animal DNA, the abilities that emerge will be entirely different.

Mysterious and Hard-to-Understand Powers: These abilities don't always have a clear function or purpose. Sometimes, they are so intricate that they can be difficult for an outside observer to understand. At this level, a user's power is not only about physical changes; it often includes complex interactions with their environment or even their own mind. For instance, a user with 90% butterfly DNA might be able to temporarily make the air around them feel heavier, or create a "reflection" effect by bending light around themselves.
