"How many has that been today?" At the gate of the Witch Castle where Lucien now resided, Carly watched a team led by a Third-level Wizard Apprentice leave and turned to Gagarin.

"That was the seventh today, and if you count yesterday, there have been nine wizard families that have contacted Lord Lucien, including two Formal Wizards among them," Gagarin said, his tone filled with a hint of amazement and pride.

The visiting wizard families were all somewhat powerful. The weakest family had four Third-level Wizard Apprentices, and the more powerful ones had Formal Wizards in attendance.

Each family was much stronger than him, a newly advanced Third-level Wizard Apprentice, but as one of the few subordinates Lucien had at the moment, the representatives of these families at least treated Gagarin warmly, and those slightly weaker were utterly polite, not daring to put on any airs.
