Crime Of Ignorance

ZINA

Zina woke the next morning, feeling spent like she had stretched her body to unimaginable lengths. Her throat was parched, her body wasted like a dead vegetable, and she could see.

At first, it was all a blurry mess, but then her sight cleared and she could see the room she was in clearly. It wasn't at all familiar, nor did it look like Eldric's former chambers. This room she found herself in was dark, possessing a dark edge to its fashion.

The curtains were a grey colour, the bedsheets were a night black, and the room was without light owing to the fact that the curtains hadn't been drawn open yet. But she could see that it was already morning from the small stream of sunlight that escaped from the side of the curtain that wasn't properly drawn close well.
