Yao Ran looked at her pale lips and said, "You guys should rest for a while. I will prepare some ginger tea to keep out the cold."

After hearing what Yao Ran said, they did not refuse and sat on the floor to rest. Back in the kitchen, Yao Ran took out the ingredients for making ginger tea. 

First, she washed the ginger and cut it into thin slices. Then, she put the ginger into a kettle, boiled the water over high heat for one minute, and simmered it over low heat for five minutes to bring out the medicinal properties of the ginger.

When the color of the water turns slightly yellow, Yao Ran turns off the fire and pours out the ginger tea through a fine sieve. She divided the ginger tea into five cups and then mixed a spoonful of honey into each cup.
