The Overlooked

Back on my mothership, I had the Cerean dead researched by my machines in my lab. Since I had an abundance of research material, it only took a day to discover all their secrets and unlock their genetic code. I used all the bodies as every kill must be used and nothing wasted. Had I wasted them, I would've been no better than the bad bloods who kill the unarmed for no purpose. As my my purpose is research, it can be accepted.

The dual-brains are an interesting system. One brain is used for most things, while the other brain is used purely for precognitive calculations and reactionary nervous system control. This is how Cereans can tell what an opponent will do before they do it. I can only reason that my feint attack worked because of my unusual physical capability. Her second brain could not accurately read my next move because of lack of information. Had we fought longer, it would have been much harder to defeat her. Her defeat was very sweet though. Especially since she was a wife of Ki-Adi Mundi, that despicable Jedi.

"Now, I should be able to replicate the precognitive ability by increasing the overall density of my brain and increasing neural power. I'll need to include a bio-coolant chemical gland too.", I think as I ponder how to gain this ability.

I do just that, in a week, I had designed my new neural pathways. I designed the new brain gland too, which in reality I just added the function to another pre-existing gland. I also took this opportunity to gain the energy sense ability of the Gotal. I had decided to modify my quills(Predator dreadlocks) to do the same as the Gotal cones. I decided to do this since I was already modifying my brain even though my bio-helmet already had the function. I underwent the genetic modification procedure immediately after being done with my genetic designs. The procedure took 12 hours to complete. Then it took another 12 hours of resting in a biotic liquid tub to facilitate the changes. 24 hours later, I had precognition and energy sense.

I went to my training room to get used to my precognition. On the way, I used my quills to sense the various energy fields on my mothership. It took a minute to get used too, but I could use it freely.

In my training room, combat bots were turned on. I decided to use a metal glaive against them. When the bots started to attack, I could read their movements seconds ahead. Cutting them down was easy as breathing as I knew exactly what they were going to do. Curious, I started to read their energy fields. My precognition took my energy sense into account and now I could even further ahead. I could read the electrical and tell what they were doing. My precognition had become even better than the Cereans as my Gotal energy field sense has given my precognition more information to work with. This means I can predict action even faster, and more deeply. Yautja genetic technology is truly unrivaled. My people have been focusing on genetic engineering for many millennia.

Satisfied, I went to the bridge of my mothership. It was time to pick up my next research material, the Twi'lek. I will not hunt a Twi'lek, I will only kill three for research purposes. The reason why I will target the Twi'lek, is their unknown ability. The galaxy would remain oblivious to this information until the era of the New Republic after the fall of the Empire. Twi'lek are a force sensitive race. Their leku( head tails) are spiritual organs. Their language is combination of words and movements of their leku. The language is spiritual because of the leku being force organs. They are used to express deeper meanings and are jostled to express inner divinity. So all Twi'lek are force sensitive as they have leku. It is just that most cannot manipulate the force or feel for anything more than communication through their leku.

By gaining three specimens, I will be able to see the force in an active way. This way, I can learn about how it works, how it can be used. Perhaps, help me understand how to become force sensitive myself. Their are also an intelligent were learning languages is second nature, possibly another gift through their leku. The galaxy has long seen this race as nothing more than slaves or inconsequential. Their potential and value have been completely overlooked. The fools, all of them. I will make great use of them though.

"Next destination, Ryloth.", I say to my ship computer.
