Zach's Confession [1]

Sophia woke up in the middle of nowhere, she realized that everything was too dark. She adjusted her eyes and looked arround.

"Where am I?"

She confusedly asked herself but before she could answer her own question.

She suddenly scream at the top of her lung when she realized that she was not alone at ang mas nakakagulat mas malakas pa ang tili ng kanyang kasama kesa sa kanya.

"Zach is that you?"

Tila naiinis niyang tanong, pati yata spirito nya'y nagulat sa tili nito kanina.

"Sophia?—anong ginagawa mo rito?"

"Lalaki kabang talaga?"

She asked angrily, ignoring his question.

"Jeeezz. .sino ba namang hindi magugulat bigla bigla ka nalang titili—"

"Stop wiggling!" 

Saway niya sa lalaki, para kasi itong kiti-kiti.

"What the heck—?"

"What?" 

Zach asked confusedly. He gasped when he found out that the were in a funny situation. Someone stuffed them in a straw mat and rolled them up.

"What kind of madness is this?—they should've tied us, if they meant to kidnap us"

"Kidnap?—wait! What kidnap?"

Naguguluhang tanong ni Sophia sa kanya.

"If we don't know where we are, then we been kidnap!"

Natatawang komento ni Zach.

"Do you still have a guts to laughed in this kind of situation?

Inis at di makapaniwalang sumbat ni Sophia kay Zach.

"It seem like you're enjoying this—hey stop. .stop wiggling, you!"

Malakas niyang bulyaw sa lalake.

"What?"

Zach innocently asked. 

Hindi mawari ni Sophia kung sinadya ba ng lalaki oh hindi ang kanyang ginawa.

"Watch your hands, kung ayaw mong putulin ko yan!"

Singhal ni Sophia, sa kakalikot ng lalaki bigla nalang niyang naramdaman ang kamay nito sa kanyang hinaharap.

"This won't do we have to do something!"

Patay malisyang bulalas ni Zach, he accidentally touch something he shouldn't supposed to.

"Stop wiggling—nagmumukha kanang engot!" 

Naiiritang saway ni Sophia, sa ka uusod ng lalaki pataas kung saan saan na dumadapo ang kamay nito sa kanyang katawan.

"Instead na umusod ka pataas, we have to rolled up!"

"Right!" 

Zach agreed.

"Sinong mauna?"

Right, that's one hell of a question! She thought.

Napaisip siyang bigla, Pag siya ang nauna she'll be at the top of him, at pag ang lalaki naman ang mauna, ito naman ang papatong sa kanya.

but what if? Instead of getting themselves free, they'll be stuck in that position?

That wont do! She blushed ng marealized ang kalalabasan.

"Never mind!—I think it's not a good idea. Besides it's too dark, I can't even see a thing!"

Frustrated niyang bulalas.

"I should thank those idiots who put us in here!"

Seryosong sabi ni Zach matapos ng mahabang katahimikan sa pagitan nila.

"Seriously? —This isn't funny!"

"Im serious Sophie. come to think of it, ever since that we meet ngayon lang tayo nagkalapit ng ganito."

"We spent a night in the Island—"

"Tho. .those are not even counted!" ani Zach na nauutal.

Hindi alam ni Sophia kung magagalit ba siya or matatawa sa pag ka corny ng lalaki.

"I don't know what you're talking about—but I'll swear to kill those idiots,pag nakawaka tayo dito!"

Nanggalaiti niyang turan, she never felt so hopeless at ang mas nakakainis pa napakasimpleng bagay lang naman sana ang dahilan pero di niya magawan ng solution.

"Don't waste your time struggling Sophie. we will get this through, together!"

Sophie rolled her eyes ng marinig ang sinabe ng lalaki, Instead of calming her senses mas lalo pa syang nanggagalaiti.

Somehow, Zach managed to pulled her closer kahit sa mahirap na sitwasyon. 

Sophia's body become stiff.

"What are you doing?"

"Ssshhhh. .just let me be close to you like this Sophie!"

Bigla siyang natigilan sa sinabe ng lalake, it was just a request pero tila nababanaag niya ang pait sa boses nito. 

Bagamat madilim ang paligid at kahit di pumalag ang dalaga ramdam na ramdam ni Zach ang nagtatanong na mga titig nito sa kanya.

"I don't want to be dependent with you Zach—this isn't me!"

May diin niyang sabi but the truth is those words are actually meant for herself.

"It's normal you're my wife, mas gusto ko ngang maging dependent ka sa akin kahit kunti—kahit ganito!"

She fell into a deep silence.

This isn't normal Zach, we are not married and everything is fake! This is just a dream and soon we will be back to reality, Aniya sa sarili.

Pero bakit ganoon? She felt like her heart was being wrench.

She silently cried with out even realizing it.

"Let's give this a shot, Sophie—this relationship that we have. I won't promised you anything, just let me do what I can do for you!"

"You'll regret this, you don't even know the real me!"

She was trying to put sense into his head but it was rather meant for herself.

"I don't have to know you, to trust you!" 

Zach assured her.

"The fact that I love you is enough and that's what matter most!"

She gasped when she heard his confession. Why on earth he choose to confess in this kind of situation?

Are we dying? She thought confusedly.

"Maybe you're denying it but I cant see it in your eyes, Sophie. Let's stop pretending and start afresh!"

Sophia broke down and sobbed hindi na niya pinigilan ang sariling, ilabas ang kanyang emotion.
