"Chidori, huh?"

Gensou grasped Kakashi's wrist, gazing playfully at the all-too-familiar face, "I've already shown deeper forms of shape transformation. Is this all you can manage now?"

"You..." Kakashi's eyes filled with surprise and suspicion.

Before he could ask more, Gensou exerted force, throwing him far away, then crossed his hands.

The next second.

"Burning with my youth! Konoha Dynamic Entry!"

With a passionate roar, a green figure kicked towards him with a sonic boom.

Boom! The shockwave rolled rapidly.

Gensou didn't resist but used the force of the kick to rocket out of Konoha Village even faster.

"I'm done playing with you."

"With the time you have, I suggest you check on the Hokage."

After reminding the two behind him, Gensou twisted his body in mid-air, accelerated a few times, and disappeared.

Might Guy wanted to chase, but Kakashi stopped him: "The Hokage and the village are more important."

Orochimaru had escaped, and they didn't know the situation with the Third Hokage yet.

The battle in the village was still ongoing.

They couldn't waste time on someone determined to leave and couldn't be taken down quickly.

Guy heeded Kakashi's words.

But as he turned to go back, he couldn't help but ask, "Kakashi, do you know who that was?"

Kakashi recalled Gensou's words, the ease with which he had neutralized his Chidori, and the way he had casually held his wrist, his gaze flickering.

As an elite Jonin of Konoha, even a Kage-level individual shouldn't be able to break his signature ninjutsu so easily.

Unless... That person was more familiar with Raikiri or Chidori than he was. (Raikiri and Chidori are the same technique, but Kakashi renamed it Raikiri after using it to cut lightning.)

Kakashi suddenly remembered something from his youth.

During his training under Minato, he had sought advice on incorporating Lightning Chakra into the Rasengan. Minato had mentioned a powerful ninja from decades ago who developed a lightning-style technique meeting his requirements.

Though the technique wasn't passed down, the description and records inspired Kakashi greatly.

"Could it be?"

Thinking of Gensou's playful smile after saying "don't show off in front of a master," Kakashi was shocked.

Facing Guy's expectant eyes, he took a deep breath and said: "If I'm not mistaken, he's a very troublesome old master."

"Green spandex is truly blinding."

Recalling the recent encounter, Gensou's first impression was always of the man in bright green, with a snowy white smile and a bowl haircut.

Seeing him in person left a deeper impression than seeing him on a screen.

Gensou shook his head.

He had to admit, Might Guy and Rock Lee had tremendous courage.

Boom! Boom! Within Konoha, battles and explosions continued to erupt.

Without the obstruction of Kakashi and Guy's combo, Gensou moved freely through the village, spotting many familiar faces along the way.

Beside him, the inseparable duo from the Ino-Shika-Cho formation, Nara Shikaku and Yamanaka Inoichi.

Hyuga Hiashi, usually unassuming, but now taking down enemies one by one with his Gentle Fist.

And the famous author of erotic novels, Jiraiya, summoning toads from Mount Myōboku, showing great might.

With these core members joining the fight, Konoha's counterattack grew stronger, and the voices of the Sand and Sound ninja assault units dwindled.

Especially after the news spread that Orochimaru had replaced the Fourth Kazekage.

The Sand ninja became disorganized and panicked.

Upon arrival, he found many people already gathered.

Kakashi, Guy, Genma, Kurenai, and others.

At the center of their encirclement lay the cold body of the Third Hokage, Hiruzen.

Jiraiya fell silent.

Some were in pain, others in joy.

At the moment Gensou stepped out of Konoha Village, looking at the endless forest ahead, he smiled, the curve of his lips growing wider.

Finally, he couldn't hold back his laughter.

"Ha ha~ Ha ha ha~ Ha ha ha ha~~~~~"

Looking back on the past, it wasn't in vain that he left so much of his blood and cells during his battle with Hashirama.

With the Edo Tensei technique, which could be described as a dream come true, and his fame during his lifetime, he had no worries about being summoned from the underworld.

Originally, his worst-case scenario was being summoned during the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Meanwhile, not far away, two figures in black cloaks with red clouds halted.

One of them lifted a straw hat with wind chimes, revealing a shark-like face with a grin: "Itachi, should we take care of him?"

"No need."

The other, lifting his head to reveal a pair of Sharingan, stared in the direction of Konoha, speaking calmly,

"Don't cause unnecessary trouble."

"Our target is the Nine-Tails."
