Ch-89 < Late night talk >

Kevin and the others made their way toward his new home, a quiet but spacious place where they could finally unwind after the day's revelations. As they approached, Kevin couldn't help but think about how much had changed in just a short span of time. Jyahnar had been through so much, and now, here she was, lying on the bed in their new quarters, lost in thought with a soft smile on her face.

"Male Kiana is indeed the best," she mused, her smile growing a little wider as she thought about the time they had spent together that afternoon. But her thoughts soon shifted to the pink-haired girl she had seen with Kevin. *Who is she?* Jyahnar wondered. *From what I saw, Kiana—or rather, Kevin—is head over heels for her, but Kevin loves Mei...*

Her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the door opening. She tensed for a moment but then relaxed when she sensed Kevin's aura approaching. She quickly got up and went to greet him at the door.

As she reached the entrance, she was met not only by Kevin but by three other girls as well—Mei, Mobius, and Elysia. The atmosphere in the room shifted slightly as they entered, with Mobius eyeing Jyahnar cautiously, her instincts warning her of the danger the girl posed.

Kevin noticed the tension and quickly stepped in, holding out a small box. "Hey, Cana. I brought some snacks for you," he said with a smile.

Jyahnar's face lit up. "I need something sweet," she replied eagerly, her eyes already fixated on the box.

Kevin chuckled, "You and your sweet tooth." He then walked over to the table, where he began arranging the snacks on a plate. Everyone soon settled around the dinner table, ready to enjoy the meal.

Jyahnar wasted no time in digging into the fruit cake, her face full of contentment as she savored each bite. Meanwhile, the others began eating, but Mei couldn't keep her thoughts to herself for long.

"Kevin, there's something I need to ask," Mei began, her voice filled with the urgency that had been gnawing at her since the afternoon.

Kevin looked up from his plate, meeting Mei's gaze with a calm expression. "What is it, Mei?"

Mei took a deep breath, steadying herself before she continued. "Cana, can you explain what you meant about the eras?"

Jyahnar paused mid-bite, glancing at Kevin before setting down her fork. "About the eras... I don't know how many era passed before Kiana and I was created.

In Era Zero, Kevin—who was Kiana at the time—and I were made by the Honkai to destroy civilization. But in the end, Kiana turned against the Honkai and constructed a Stigma Terminal. After that, she transformed into an entity that manages the world resets, called Alaya."

"Era Zero... and Alaya," Mobius repeated, her mind racing to make sense of it all. "And what happened in the first era?"

Jyahnar nodded, continuing her explanation. "Next was first era, there were people like you, Dr. Mei. And bronya " She pointed at Mei, her eyes serious. "But I don't know many details. I was the one who destroyed that era because of honkai influence, and then Alaya reset civilization again."

"Wait," Mei interjected, "why is Alaya resetting civilization? What's the purpose?"

"To reach an ending where humanity overcomes the Honkai," Jyahnar replied. "Even if Alaya doesn't reset the world, the Final Herrscher will. This world is trapped in a 50,000-year cycle, orchestrated by the Honkai."

Mei and Mobius were left speechless by the gravity of the situation. The realization hit them like a ton of bricks—this wasn't just about surviving one catastrophe; it was about breaking a never-ending cycle.

Jyahnar continued, "The next era got destroyed by Kiana. I don't know the exact events, but someone provoked her enough that she awakened as the Final Herrscher and destroyed everything."

"That was because Cocolia told Kiana that she killed her father and that her mother was experimenting on her to awaken the Herrscher of the Void," Kevin recalled in mind from ggz game.

Elysia's expression softened with emotion. "How cruel... The girl who once turned against her creator to protect the world ended up destroying the very thing she sought to save."

"In the next era, I briefly awakened," Jyahnar continued. "Two people were fleeing from the Final Herrscher—Kiana , she—and I then fought. But that was a brief moment before I went back to sleep."

Jyahnar went on to explain more about the eras, mentioning how Otto had sealed her core in the Stigmata Terminal and then she ask kiana to kill her when honkai again start corrding her will but kiana just seal her core and consciousness in a clone which led to her deep sleep in the Atlantic Ocean until Kevin awakened her during his fight against the Herrscher of Light.

The overwhelming amount of information left Mei, Elysia, and Mobius with headaches. Mei rubbed her temples, trying to process it all. "So, this world is in a 50,000-year loop," she muttered, and Jyahnar nodded in confirmation.

"And Kevin was Kiana in a previous incarnation?" Elysia asked, a spark of curiosity lighting up her eyes. "I'd love to meet the female version of Kevin."

"Yes," Jyahnar replied, her tone more serious. "That's why I always know who Kiana is... I'm her lover."

The declaration made all the girls' eyes twitch. Elysia raised an eyebrow. Mei, on the other hand, seemed to be deep in thought, contemplating the implications.

"You mentioned that even the green-haired girl—Mobius—was in a previous era, but not Elysia," Mei pointed out, causing everyone to look at Elysia.

Elysia, ever the one to lighten the mood, joked, "If all such beauties stare at me like that, I might just blush!"

Mei and Mobius shook their heads, but the humor was short-lived as Mei turned her attention back to Kevin. "Cana mentioned that you were supposed to be controlled by the Honkai," she said. "You cut your connection with the Imaginary Tree, and Elysia partially helped you with it. Can you explain that?"

Kevin sighed, knowing there was no easy way to explain the situation. "For Elysia... you can say she's someone who brings about great change."

Mobius wasn't satisfied with that answer. "Explain in human terms," she demanded, glaring at Kevin.

Kevin thought for a moment before using an analogy. "Imagine a system set on a predestined path, looping continuously. But at a certain point, an unknown change occurs—an anomaly. That anomaly is Elysia."

Everyone turned to look at Elysia with strange expressions, and even Elysia seemed a bit confused by the explanation.

"In every era, the starting Herrscher has always been the Herrscher of Reason or Logic," Kevin continued. "But this time, we got a different Herrscher, one who was actually free from the clutches of the Honkai."

Mei's eyes widened as she processed Kevin's words. "Elysia is a Herrscher?"

Kevin nodded. "Not just any Herrscher. Elysia wasn't born like others; she doesn't have any parents. She never took birth."

Mobius, struggling to grasp the concept, asked, "How is that even possible?"

Elysia took over the explanation. "When I opened my eyes, I was around four years old, living in a small town in Russia—Vladivostok—with a gardener. That's where my memories begin."

Mobius mumbled something under her breath, still trying to reconcile the idea with her scientific understanding.

"Elysia doesn't belong to the system," Kevin added. "She has the power to defy fate and the power of wishes. That's her true strength."

"But how do you know all of this?" Mobius asked, still skeptical.

"That's because of my stigma," Kevin explained. "It allows me to see and understand things others can't." he just start making things.

"So, Elysia's mere presence changed the course of the predetermined path," Mobius concluded, finally starting to grasp the situation. Kevin nodded in agreement.

"Aren't I amazing?" Elysia beamed, trying to lift the mood with her usual charm.

But Jyahnar wasn't in the mood for jokes. "So that's why Kevin fell in love with this girl," she said quietly. "In every era before this, Kiana always loved Mei, leaving me sad and broken."

Kevin, sensing her sadness, passed her another piece of cake. "Here, have another cake," he said, trying to cheer her up.

They spent the rest of the night talking, the weight of their revelations hanging in the air.

As the night wore on, Kevin found himself squeezed on all sides by the girls as they settled in for the night.

Jyanar became a spoiled girl and said she also want to sleep with Kevin.

Jyahnar, in particular, made herself comfortable, resting Kevin's head against her bosom as she gently petted his head, showing her affection in the way she knew best.

Despite the chaos of the day, Kevin found a small moment of peace, even if sleep was a distant dream.
