271. Its Over

At that moment, Misty and others suddenly appeared behind Ash in a pink light. Not only them, but also the whole Togepi group that seemed to live in the paradise above seemed to have regained some of their long lost energy. They all jumped out of the passage and floated behind Misty's own Togepi.

It must be that they sensed the mostly pure hearts of everyone here, especially Ash as he was releasing his Aura in a constant stream.

By doing this, Ash was able to make sure that something bad doesn't happen to them in the meantime.

They all worked together to open the door and came to protect these two worlds.

Even if the Togepi Paradise was just a small parallel dimension accidentally created by some random Water Dragon.

They all began to use their finger-wagging skill, Metronome. Then all the pure energy they managed to got from Ash and the others was injected into Misty's own Togepi!

They all saw that Togepi start to release a dazzling light, it was the light of evolution.

It was going to evolve at last.

The once very prominent eggshell disappeared, and a cute long neck grew from it, with a round head and big and pure eyes. It looked a bit cuter than Togepi (it really doesn't), and a new pair of small wings grew on its back.

It now looked like a little angel.

"That's a Togetic!" Ash introduced her to Misty.

Togetic came to Misty's side, rubbed against her cheek, circled around Ash's head and he gave her some of his Aura for nourishment, and then flew to the side of her companions in the air.

She looked at Colonel Hansen with a fighting intent and a murderous eyes that should not be present in the Togepi line.

After evolving, she became a lot more braver.

"You evolved? But it's still the same, I will get you all to do my bidding! Shedinja, use your Solar Beam!"

Colonel Hansen had really gone crazy. In fact, from the time Ash defeated his Ninjasks and destroyed all of the loyal guards he worked so hard on, he had a hunch that all the thing he had been planning for so many years would be destroyed by that kids hands!

The Solar Beam fired off was heading towards the newly evolved Togetic, but it was blocked by a well armed Safeguard.

"Hmph, although you are stronger nos, you still can't win by just protecting yourself!" He even subconsciously ignored the existence of Ash.

"Don't you understand?" Princess Sara spoke, unknowingly she became stronger in her heart and braver on the inside. Ash thought she had the potential to become the next true ruler of this kingdom.

"Togepi and the others left the paradise and came here, and Ash, Misty and the others helped us greatly. This desire to protect everything is the source of Togetic's power! And you are the source of all of our problems!"

"What's more, you will never be able to defeat Ash!" Misty suddenly said from behind, "Ash, let me show you my growth!"

"Go, my precious new partner!"

Misty threw out a Poké Ball by the flick of her wrist, and what appeared from it was the only Water-type Pokémon she was truly afraid of before.

As Ash said to her before, one day Gyarados will become her Trump Card!

And her current Gyarados had very high potential, and she was even trained by Ash's iwn blood-red Shing Gyarados!

"Do you want a Water-type Pokémon to fight against my Shedinja? Hahaha!" Colonel Hansen could never have imagined what move Misty's Gyarados would use after that!

"Gyarados, use Flamethrower!"

The raging flames immediately burned Shedinja to charcoal black.

In fact, Gyarados can learn many skills, not only Flamethrower, it can also learn how to use attacks Thunderbolt, but very few Trainers can teach them to the more physical inclined Gyarados.

Ash's own Gyarados knew multiple attacks that it normally should not have but Ash used his Slowking to transfer a lot of memory into him.

This scene made Colonel Hansen very angry. Because he lost to Ash before, he was even mentally prepared to lose again this time, but he didn't expect that he would lose to a Gyarados that used Flamethrower against him; and it was against the same little girl he tried to take a Togepi from.

"How dare you..." Colonel Hansen was obviously extremely angry, this was well showing by how much he was shaking all over.

"I told you this already; I'm Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town, the man who will become the Pokémon Master!" Ash's self-introduction remains unchanged.

"I see." But this time, Colonel Hansen listened, "You will definitely become a Pokémon Master with your power."

"Thanks… I guess!" Ash nodded and smiled.

Colonel Hansen was then imprisoned and was given the death penalty, while all the Togepis returned back to their paradise.

"Togetic, say goodbye to everyone!" Misty called out to her Togetic. She was ready to go back. She can't be away Cerulean City Gym for too long.

However, Togetic flew in front of her, pointed in the direction of Togepi Paradise, and showed a worried look.

Misty immediately understood what Togetic meant, "After seeing that kind of gloomy paradise, it's really hard to let go."

Princess Sara understood Togetic's thoughts, "Are you worried that if another evil heart appears again, the same thing might happen again without anyone to stop it?"

Then Ash spoke, "Princess Sara, the situation of Togepi Paradise is closely related to the people's hearts in the Mirage Kingdom!"

Princess Sara looked at Ash, "Ash, what do you mean by that?"

"Wasn't it the responsibility of Mirage Kingdom to protect the Togepi Paradise while they live here? As the next heir to the throne, do you know what to do? Once someone with an evil heart appears, would you know what to do? Will you wait for another savior to protect your kingdom?" Ash asked her very questionably.

"I understand, Ash…" Princess Sara nodded and promised him, "Misty, Togetic, you two can believe me, even if I can't inherit the throne, I will still protect Togepi Paradise with everything I got!"

Hearing this, Misty and Ash felt relieved. She looked at Togetic and said, "Togetic, don't worry, Princess Sara will be a good queen to thsi land!"

Ash smiled and said, "Princess Sara, you are already qualified to inherit the throne!"

"Um? What?"

Princess Sara was startled and noticed something small tugging at the hem of her skirt. She lowered her head and saw that it was a baby Togepi.

"Togepi, why didn't you go back to your home?" Princess Sara quickly squatted down and picked the little one up.

"Sara, this Togepi is the Togepi you were truly meant to find!" After Ash said this, the little guy nuzzled in her arms, looking very happy.

"Princess, this way we can hold a grand inheritance ceremony on time!" The maid was very happy for Sara.

"Ash, Misty, everyone, thank you! Thank you so much!" Sara hugged her new Togepi and was cert delighted by the outcome.

Finally it was time to say goodbye!

Seeing Ralts and Togetic having so much fun, Misty suddenly smiled and said, "Ash, do you still remember where Togepi's eggs came from?"

"Hug, does Togepi's Egg have something to do with Ash?" May was particularly interested in her boyfriends and his girlfriends previous trips and came over with wide eyes.

"Of course I remember, I brought the Egg back underground from the Granpa Canyon!" Ash said it lightly, and Brock and Misty remembered that if Charizard hadn't evolved at the right moment, Ash would have been very likely hurt a lot more.

"That's right, the first thing Togepi saw after she hatched was me, so she had followed me all the time!" Misty said with a smile, "Oh yeah, thanks for that!"

"We are liver, aren't we?"

Misty blushed a little by hearing Ash say it so nonchalantly in front of everyone, including her new "sister", "So Ash, I want to ask you something!" Misty suddenly became serious after this, and Togetic floated to her side, looking at Ash and Pikachu.

"Now that I have become a Gym Trainer, I can no longer travel, so I want to entrust Togetic to you, okay? In fact, she was originally supposed to be yours but my excitement got the better of me!" Misty's words really surprised Ash and Brock. Even May and Max was a little bewildered.

She actually wanted to hand over her new Togetic to Ash?

Not only her, but even Togetic looked very surprised.

When she was copped up in the Cerulean City Gum, she had really missed all of her friends, and now she has made a good friend in Ralts almost immediately.

Seeing that Togetic was also willing, Ash did not refuse her, "I will keep keep her close to me! And don't worry, she'll grow vey strong, right Togetic?"

"Toge to!" Togetic nodded along to Ash.

"Thank you, babe!" Misty smiled, and Togetic also danced in the air.

"Then Togetic, welcome!" Ash extended a pink Love Ball to her.
