<General perspective>
Somewhere in a conference room, four people were present: the Secretary of Defense, the Director of the CIA, the Secretary of State, and the President.
Secretary of Defense: "Mr. President, what is this emergency meeting about, and why are there only four of us present?"
Director of CIA: "I also have the same query."
The President replied while handing them a file: "Please read this file, then we will be on the same page."
After both of them read through the file, their faces turned pale.
Secretary of Defense asked: "Sir, is the information in this document true?"
President: "It's true. I have confirmed it with the CIA."
The Director of CIA nodded, having initially thought it was just information about a small terrorist attack, but he never expected it to be on this scale. He was also surprised by the detailed information in the file, as if the person had experienced it firsthand.
Secretary of Defense: "So, Mr. President, what's the next action?"
President: "In my opinion, we should have the CIA take down the terrorist spies, and the military should take down their headquarters and active bases."
Secretary of State presented his opinion: "We should wait until tomorrow. After that, we can start the operation."
Director of CIA: "Is it because of the informant or the hacker?"
President sighed and replied, "Both."
Director of CIA: "Sir, what do you mean by 'both'?"
Secretary of State replied instead of the President: "The President and I had a conversation with the hacker this morning, and the information we got is from him."
Director of CIA: "So, this 'wait until tomorrow' is because of this hacker, right?"
Secretary of State: "Yes, Director. We only have 70% of the information, while the other 30% will be given tomorrow after negotiation."
Director of CIA asked: "So, Mr. President, can I be present in the negotiation?"
The President replied with a smile, "Yes, you can. It will be easier that way."
The President stood up and declared, "So today's meeting has come to an end."

Regarding the second part, it's written from the perspective of a child, so some unconventional grammar and expressions are intentional to reflect a child's speech. However, I'll correct obvious errors and refine it for clarity:

After finishing the chat with the President, I had a banana milkshake, as I can't have anything sweet until I turn 4 or 5. I was nervous while talking to the President, as it was my first time speaking with a President. Afterward, I turned off the computer and picked up a new book about the human brain because I want to create a successful Extremis serum, at least not now. After a while, I noticed it was 7:00 PM.
I put the books back on the shelf. As I walked downstairs, I saw Dad cooking dinner while Mom was helping him. Mom looked at me with a smile and asked, "Sweetie, how was your day?"
I replied, "Great! Today, I made a plan for my future."
Dad asked with some expectation, "So what's the plan?"
I replied with a playful smile, "I will create a serum that can make Mom stay young forever."
Mom lifted me up and kissed my forehead, saying, "Oh, sweetie, how sweet of you."
Dad replied with a fake sad face, "Nothing for your dad?"
I turned to Dad and said, "No, I'm going to create the best car in the world for my dad."
Dad replied with a thumbs-up smile, "That's my girl."
Mom asked, "So where is your grandma?"
I replied, "Grandma might be in the garden."
Mom said, "Then go get your grandma for dinner."
I walked towards the garden in the backyard, finding Grandma alone sitting on the grass and looking at the stars. As I approached her, she looked at me and asked, "Sweetie, why are you here?"
I replied, "Grandma, dinner is ready. Let's go."
Grandma stood up and walked towards the dining table, holding my hand. I looked at Grandma, knowing she was thinking about Grandpa. She wouldn't talk to me about it. I'll have to ask her when I grow up.
