One Last Breath

I could already see how this was going as I let out a sigh before summoning a guitar and beginning to tune it as I wanted to calm my nerves before I do what I will have to do.

"Sera? What is he talking about? What executions?" Emily asked confused as to what he was talking about along with most of the people in the court.

"Ah shit!" Adam exclaimed as he realized that he forgot who was actually here and that it was more than just him, Sera, Micheal, Gabriel and Uriel.

"Wait! You guys don't know about the exterminations that Go on in hell on a yearly basis?!" Charlie stood up in surprise as she couldn't believe what she was hearing.

"Are you saying you guys hid all the bad shit you have done to hell all these years? How Adam isn't the ambassador of hell like he paints himself as to the rest of you, but he's hells high executioner!" Alfred shouted out before stamping his hoof in the ground before showing from his memories of the exorcists rampaging across hell, slaughtering the sinners of hell.

"Wait! Let me get this straight, you go down into hell and kill those poor souls?" Emily genuinely asked as she floated down and looked upon the orb that was showing the exterminations in high detail.

"Sera! Micheal! Gabriel! Uriel! Please tell me you didn't know about this!" She cried out in shock while the three archangels on high just looked away, not willing to look her in the eye.

"Emily, this wasn't an easy decision, I did what was required of me." Sera said as she floated down towards her but Emily wasn't having any of that as she seemed genuinely mad.

"And to think I was inspired by you! To be just like you even! But if this is what you and everyone else in the upper echelons of Heaven does to those poor souls in hell then everything I have ever come to learn about anything up here is a lie isn't it?!" With this a rift formed between the two sisters that wouldn't so easily be fixed, especially with what Alfred did next.

"Oh it gets worse, did you know that your sister purposely sent innocent souls down into hell when they shouldn't be down there?" He said but that didn't just piss off Adam but Micheal, Gabriel and Uriel as well with Micheal grabbing his spear and pointing it at Alfred.

"Watch what you say Imp! I will not have you tarnishing her name like that!" He said but Alfred clicked his tongue, not even remotely intimidated.

"Don't try and act high and mighty with me brat, if you want to keep spewing the bullshit that heaven is always the good guys and can never do any wrong then be my guest, but unfortunately for you I have proof on it, do the names of Awan, Enoch, Olad, Lizpha, Fosal, Citha and Maac, do those names seem familiar?" Alfred asks to which Micheal's eyes widen with what he was insinuating.

"Wait…. Isn't that my sister Awan and the children between her and my brother Cain? Wha-what do you mean they were in hell?" Able, who was hearing all this sounded genuinely confused.

"You didn't know? What? Did your father lie to you about them being in some far off region of heaven and didn't want to see you because they felt ashamed or something along those lines?" Alfred said which seemed to be him hitting the nail on the head as he looked away from Able.

"That's right ladies and gentlemen, Cain's entire family, who did nothing evil and committed no sin whatsoever, were purposely kept out of the gates of heaven and were forced down into hell, now if that isn't what I would call evil then frankly I don't know what is! But I can see how this is going to end for this case." Alfred said with a sigh as he walked over towards Charlie and Vaggie while everyone else was arguing with each other.

"Wait, Alfred what do you mean?" Charlie seemed confused but Alfred sighed even more as he held out his hand towards her.

"Even with Emily and a majority of the seraphim agreeing to do this, if Sera, the Three Stoogies and the Jackass don't agree to it, no matter what it won't go through as those five hold the most power here in heaven and with Gabriel being the wildcard, those four won't agree because of what your father has done over these several millennia, may I have the eye my dear?" Alfred says as Charlie, while a bit stunned at what he said, hands him the eye of hell.

"ENOUGH!" Micheal shouted out in rage before stamping his spear into the ground with enough force to end all the arguments that were happening within the courtroom.

"In light of all information that has been given here today and you putting forth the cases that have showed those in hell can supposedly change, you have purposely tried to cause a divide between the angels of heaven and possibly begin internal conflicts between each other by revealing confidential information between heaven and hell on your master Cain's order!" He exclaimed suddenly giving him a real and justified reason as to why everything was going wrong, framing it as a ploy from Cain himself to begin this divide.

This seemed convincing to the rather gullible Seraphim, as everyone of the Seraphim deemed Cain as Irredeemably evil as he was the first sinner in human history and there have been rumors that he has been the reason for every bad event throughout human history and thus him concocting up a plan to have one of his men try and divide them between each other wasn't a stretch in their minds for him to do.

"You can't be seriously be painting my father as this evil mastermind that wanted to cause a divide between the people in heaven! This was my dream and my goal alone that he had only done was help me achieve this goal of mine! All I want is for the exterminations to just end and for those who have earned it to be allowed a chance to be allowed up in heaven and away from all the bad things that hell has to offer!" Charlie shouted back as she was sick an tired of hearing any and all of their bullshit on this and them trying to put the blame on her father for showing them the truth.

"But even if what you said was true and that's all you wanted from this, even if Cain has nothing to do with any of this, I know for fucking fact that he plans on marching on heaven the second we stop these exterminations! All of this is in place to keep Heaven safe, and keep those who don't belong up here down there for good carve into their stupid fucking heads to fear the wrath of god or else we could purge all of Pride of every last fucking sinner up there!" Adam shouted out as he was getting sick and tired of this joke he had to call a court case.

"Huh, your getting angry." Roo said as she could see the flames begin to appear behind my back.

I took a deep breath to calm myself as I fixed my broken cord and continued playing.

"I cried out, "Heaven, save me" (save me)

"Enough." Sera said making all the chatter go silent while Emily was still mad and wouldn't look at her, making Sera feel sad about what's happening right now.

"In light of everything that was brought forth, as things stand with the divisions between opinions that are for or against this idea of yours Charlie Morningstar, no side can come to a conclusive decision on the matter and thus at this moment we can't approve of the matter going forward until the decision is unanimous between all of us, even taking everything into account the real question that must be asked is can sinners even be redeemed in the first place, and how it can be done, I know Adam put forth ideas as to how it could be done but none of those ideas can be proven as it has never in the course of all of human history, ever been done before." Sera said giving a rather 'fair' reasoning behind why they couldn't go through with this unlike what Alfred thought she was going to say, but it was really said in such a way to help mend the relationship between her and her little sister Emily.

"No way…." Charlie said dishearteningly as everything started to crumble down around her.

"Charlie, it will be fine, I mean she didn't say it was impossible or anything like that, it's just that it can't be decided right now is all." Vaggie tried to cheer her up all while Alfred was still meandering around the courtroom, his hooves leaving more and more ash and brimstone across the prestine white floors.

"Yeah…. Wait then what about the Exterminations?" Charlie had to ask to which Adam just grinned.

"You honestly think that I would give up my only bit of fun that I can have? Not a fucking chance! Since this shit didn't go through the plans we had are still going on, and in a month I'm coming down there to that shit hole to kill any and all the fucking sinners I want, and I'm going start off with your shitty hotel and everyone that lives there, including you Princess." Ada just sneered while Charlie's Devil form began to flair out around her in anger.

"Ooo, how daring he is, are you just going to take that sitting down?" Roo said as she came up behind Cain and wrapped her arms around his shoulders as he slowly opened his eyes as flames flared out before returning to normal.

"No I'm not, Alfred, it's time." He said before his electric guitar changed to an acoustic guitar instead before a different song began to play.

"Maybe both of my dads were right, I really shouldn't trust in angels, well most of them at least." Charlie said as she looked at Vaggie before looking at Emily who seemed genuinely sad with how everything was happening, but she didn't have the political power in heaven to change this ruling on her own.

"Young Miss, it's best you make your way home and begin to prepare for what's to come." Alfred said before snapping his fingers and making a portal himself, surprising Sera as she didn't think he could do that, nor did she give him permission to do so in the first place.

"Charlie…." Vaggie looked at her and saw how sad she was that it broke her heart seeing the woman she loved being like this, but it was clear they weren't welcome here so without any fanfare they both walked through the portal and to the hotel proper.

"That's right fuckers! I you better run to your daddy's to keep yourselves safe from what I'm going to do to you! Better kiss your friends goodbye since they won't be alive after I'm finished down there-"

"Adam! Enough! You have made your point already, you need to learn when you should and shouldn't be talking dumbass!" Micheal yelled out at him as he has been the one beating him into shape and slowly getting him stronger with minimal progress so far.

While they were busy arguing, Alfred, who hadn't walked through the portal yet, took the Eye of Hell and a dagger he was given by his master before cutting his palm and covering it in Hellborn Blood before tossing it towards the center of the courtroom.

A courtroom floor that if anyone was paying attention to had turned into an intricate summoning circle pattern that was made out of ash and brimstone dust that Alfred had made while walking around the room the entire time.

"Well my job is done here, have fun assholes…" Alfred said before stepping through the portal and closing it shut and then-

*Ting*

*THOOOOOOM!!!*

The spell was activated and a forced path between heaven and hell was opened while and intensely thick and durable barrier surrounded the portal, keeping anyone from getting in and anyone from getting out.

"What the Fuck?!?!" Adam shouted out as everyone was too shocked at what had just happened right before their eyes, not only that but they were even blinded by the bright red light as well, all the while they could hear the sound of an acoustic guitar playing.

"Heh, hello everyone, your least favorite son has come to visit!"

Cain has finally arrived in Heaven with the shadow of the Root of All Evil on his back, question is, what shall he do now?
