The Supreme Council

Caesar, exuding authority, stepped forward, ready to assert himself.

"The stakes are high, and a full-scale war will damage you as well," Supreme Intelligence's voice cut through the tension once more.

Caesar chuckled confidently in response.

"Dame us?" he pondered, locking eyes with Supreme Intelligence. "To defeat the Skrull Empire, sacrifices are inevitable. Your losses will be significant, especially with your main fleet occupied chasing down Skrull remnants."

"The fleet you've stationed in the Andromeda Galaxy poses no threat to us," he continued, his tone steady.

"I'll start fortifying every inter-galactic space jumping point in Andromeda. Meanwhile, you'll be busy gathering fleets from the Magellanic System and mobilizing troops for galactic warfare. It'll take at least six months. By then, I'll have firm control over all major space jumping points. The battle won't risk too many of our planets."

Caesar issued a bold challenge.

"Your main fleet will meet its end once it enters the Andromeda Galaxy," he warned.

"And your squad? My Angels would relish the chance to kill them!"

Caesar shot back sharply, closing the distance between them. His gloved hands lifting up the Supreme Intelligence's chin as he spoke.

"I've long awaited a showdown to showcase my full strength. You've given me that opportunity," he declared, his gaze unwavering.

"Now Leave," Caesar commanded, releasing his grip.

With a surge of divine power he shattered the connection expelling Supreme Intelligence from the main envoy's body. The envoy quivered. Caesar let go, allowing the envoy to collapse, defeated.

After enduring arduous negotiations, the weary envoy rose, delicately wiping the sapphire-hued blood from her face. With a tone of resignation yet respect, she addressed Caesar.

"It seems, esteemed elders, that the negotiations have reached their conclusion. I shall promptly lead our Kree Empire fleets stationed in the Andromeda system back to our sovereign territory."

"My lords, the Andromeda Galaxy now belongs to you."

Caesar, intrigued by the unexpected demeanor of the Kree Empire envoy, regarded him with curiosity. It was uncommon for the typically militaristic Kree Empire to present such a diplomatic figure.

"Is this directive to withdraw from the Andromeda system emanating from the Supreme Intelligence?" Caesar queried, his skepticism evident.

"The warriors of the Kree Empire do not shy away from death, but we must not squander lives needlessly," the envoy declared, her gaze reflecting genuine concern for her people.

Caesar, impassive yet contemplative, acquiesced to the envoy's departure, deeming their fleets devoid of purpose in his eyes.

"What shall be the Kree Empire's next move?" Caesar pondered as he reclined upon his throne, lost in thought.

Meanwhile, within the depths of Harrah's Star in the Magellanic Cloud, a grand assembly convened within the chambers of the Supreme Intelligence. This council comprised the most brilliant minds and formidable leaders of the Kree Empire – a fusion of scientists, thinkers, philosophers, and generals.

United, they became an immortal and incredibly powerful being – the Supreme Intelligence. Each addition of intellect enhanced the Supreme Intelligence's computational and spiritual abilities, driving the Kree Empire's scientific and technological progress. This merging of brilliance was the foundation of the Kree Empire's relentless pursuit of advancement and its ongoing struggle against the Skrull Empire.

In the grand chamber of the Supreme Council, a commanding figure, dressed in the attire of a Kree Empire general, declared boldly:

"The honor of the Kree Empire must remain untarnished! We are the cosmic conquerors who defeated the Skrull Empire. To show any weakness before this new threat would only embolden the remaining loyalists of the Skrull Empire."

"We must engage in conflict to demonstrate our strength! Such action will quickly reinforce our control over the Skrull territories!"

Across the galaxy, various civilizations, eager to seize opportunities in the wake of the Skrull Empire's downfall, greedily eyed its territories. The Kree Empire found itself in a precarious position, seemingly weakened by recent events.

"Our strength remains intact. A few setbacks do not diminish our standing; strength has always been our trademark!"

"Our vassal civilizations will witness the unrivaled might of the Kree Empire," stated a thoughtful figure, exuding calm confidence.

A chorus of agreements filled the chamber.

"Agreed, without question!"

"And let us not forget about Asgard; any decision we make must consider Asgard's interests."

"We can maintain our influence; perhaps we should cooperate with Caesar in Andromeda, while using trade to secure vital resources."

"Their technology is lacking; we could supply them with basic military vessels, which their forces surely need."

"Agreed, without doubt! The risks outweigh the benefits. It would be foolish to engage in unnecessary conflict!"

Despite the Kree Empire's strong military ideals, rationality and practicality guided their highest councils.

It seemed that the Kree Empire might opt for peaceful coexistence with other civilizations after all. Yet, the discussions of the Supreme Conference continued, determining the fate of entire galaxies.
