"They have already taken over 70% of the Western continent now it is the Beijing which is a very large city with the population of several millions before the change. Now they have a few hundred thousands not as many as the Qin family but enough to make them bleed."

"What of the other city?"

"The F city is less powerful in terms of numbers but they have the national depo storing tens of thousands of gains in kg. This is mostly why the Qin family would even glace at them. They are also fraid the people will destroy the food."

Amelia became more interested. "There is such a thing?"

"There are four of them in the country. Others are also occupied with only one deep in the forest that has dangerous mutated plants."

"Where is it? Plants are my friends." She said smiling. Mo became speechless at the shamelessness. But he still showed her the location.

"They are eating each other already?"

"No, they go out to loot nearby places. Speaking of which, a butch of them went to the villages where all those people came from before. I can only wonder their fate at that time if they hadn't moved here."

"They don't stand a chance. Instead they have all decided to move to the other basses below. This is why their depo is not touched, it is located near the army base where the zombies is situated.

"Instead of a depo I am thinking about the army supplies. The guns, the uniforms and the vehicles. I want those tanks." Amelia said excitedly.

"You are young after all. What will you do? We have already lost one of the guards spying on the zombie."

What he means is they can't keep monitoring the zombie.

"Let it be. Go to other places." It is better than dying a meaningless death staring at a deranged zombie.

"Alright. We are also monitoring the B base, it doesn't seem to be special in any ways but if my guess is correct, it is the third and the most largest base near that zombie. They wont last two years without a large organized attack at that time, they will only survive by the grace of gods."

Mo said with a serious expression. Amelia's expression twitched as she said internally 'Do author.'

"Some of the guard went to see your father and ....he is injured." Amelia sat up hearing this. Injured? There is no plot in the novel or is it too serious that dear sister's mutated water can not cure?

Seeing her in a daze.

"He was hit in the back and a corner of the cabinet cracked something so he can not move around freely but he can use a walking stick when he is on pain medicine." Mo continues cautiously.

"What of his wife and daughter?" She asked and he noticed she didn't say what of my mother and sister?.

"The wife is fine but worried about him. The daughter is in a war with the heiress of the Zhou family. Her name..."

"Is Zhou An." Amelia said but she in inwardly confused. Didn't elder sister break off the relationship after she found out there's a fiancé? She won't mind being mocked as the other woman in a relationship? What changed?

"She is also very mysterious. She has space but also has items that are weird and mysterious just like you. However, we noticed she doesn't have the space power so it is a bit interesting. Probably why she is not sharing it existence with the outside world." Mo seems to have discovered a conspiracy.

"This is only the beginning, winter hasn't come yet. Those people will slowly kill each other until a few remain. If I could I would transport those living in the shacks so they can come and do the various jobs in the base." Amelia said but she has no intention of doing this.

Being stared at by the central base would be the worst thing to happen right now. They would first compete with each other and then work together to attack her base for the medication she has. Not to mention the wall outside is very eye catching. Arousing greed and desire to occupy.

When they find out she is a woman it will be even worse. She doesn't mind committing massacres it just she still wants to be low profile at least until the outside city is finished. She will be in need of people at that time anyways.

"The four families are biting each other like vicious dogs. The city is also running low on food, soon there will be riots and many people will be killed off." Mo said in discontent.

"Don't be sad. You have space, work hard and teleport them here." She said to him.

Dead Mo's lips twitched hearing her. He had been very contented with just having a personal warehouse where did he start dreaming about teleportation?

Amy shrugged at his expression. "Something you can't do, don't clamor for others to do." She sneered. Mo felt like he was seen through. This girl never save him face even after almost six months of knowing each other.

"Cough, that is the report on the outside." He said in a low voice.

"Have them return but leave four teams to stay in the F base, the Qin family base, I want four people working separately in the central base. The rest can come back. What is the average level of their power?" She asked him.

"Level 7. What did you give them to grow so fast in such a short period?" He couldn't hold his excitement and curiosity. But just like always, she treated his question as air.

"They can have immortal bodies and can send out several shadows to spy while also being conscious. The metal boost should have accelerated their level of control. Their shadows can now influence the real world. But most importantly they can make the shadows take on any shape." She concluded.

At least they will be safe. "Have those left behind come back three months later or even earlier. They can bring whomever they can at that time but spread word that they are going to start their own base since it will be easier to explain. Tell them to focus on taking away the orphans on the street." After she said this she bid farewell and left.

She is soon meeting with the nine kings. "I am very satisfied with your progress. The work outside surprised me but then again it pleased me to no end. You all did well."

"Aiming how goes the struggle?" She looked to the shadow king on the side. The girl doesn't have a gloomy appearance it will be hard for someone to guess she has a shadow power.

The girl smiled like a blooming flower. "Level eight. I caught up to everyone." The smile is full of confidence.

"How are the spirit power people?" She had relinquished the idea of an information intelligence office when the shadows spirit root fruit finally came.

Looking around no one wants to speak. Some averted their gaze while others looked straight ahead.

"What's wrong?"

"As a spirit power I can testify that it is not easy working with me. So many of us makes people uncomfortable." The spirit king Bo said.

"Speak human language." Getting annoyed she released some pressure unknowingly and everyone turned pale. They forget where their power came from, how powerful is the woman responsible for creating thousnds of high level supernatural power users?

"Leader...cough cough." Li Jie tried to talk but a bile of blood came up directly. Amy sighed and took out wet wipes giving it to them.

"I just broke through, try not be so insufferable while I can't control my power fully." She gave them a stern look.

"The other members are uncomfortable working with the spirit type users because they like to control people and even zombies. They also like to read people's minds and expose their secrets. One minute you are doing your own thing the next you are slapping someone on the face as if your body is a puppet. They don't have discipline and just laugh it off." Li Jie explains.

She looked at them solemnly. "I chose you because I thought the world had been hell on earth a long time for you. This is the apocalypse. If they dare to disrespect you again, that is a challenge to your authority which is a challenge to my authority." Her expression turned cold. All of them can feel a murderous aura emanating from her.

"Do you want mere peasants whose lives I plucked out of a zombie infested hospital to challenge my authority?"

"No leader!" They all said with straight backs and clear single voice.

"If it happens next time, just kill them directly. Do you understand?" She looked at them. They felt cold sweat at the back of their necks under that gaze.

"Yes leader!"

"I also heard someone smuggled a virus into the base but they did not leave in pieces. You actually let a group of mutts from a base falling off to loiter around my home unchallenged? What is your excuse?" She seems very angry at this time.

"What! Is your excuse?!" Her blue eyes contained fury that they didn't dare look directly at her.

"We heard they come from a medium side base with tens of thousands of soldiers. We thought we are preventing a war." Li Jie explained clearly.

"If you don't want war then send someone to steal the base's armory and then, kill these rats. How will there be war after that? Think! If the above board means are disadvantageous, use the shadow and space powers to steal and rob their capital so they will not be so proud to enter and leave un hindered with such obvious malice in my home." She said in a tone that left no room for debate.

"Leader, we were wrong. We will definitely be better next time." Three made a decision to apologize.

One a cunning business man or a former politician and another one an officer of the law or someone righteous so you will see all available options before you act."

She took out contracts. "These are magic contracts with you as the employer. Drop your blood here and then when someone willingly signs the contract they won't be able to betray you without your knowledge. I made several copies each can be signed in every line by different people who agree with the above terms."

"This is the ink and paper you will write the terms with so they can be enforced by the contract. Take another mental fruit if you are going to be a party in contract with thousands. In fact take one every week."

"If you are going to be kings with real territory to rule, you need to have people you can trust by your side. There is even a contract for an entire harem of partners." She showed the the contract with a playful design.

The laughed. It seems the leader's good mood is back. Seeing her giving it to the female kings as well, the boys became stunned. She sneered.

"What? You get a harem but they don't get one? What sort of treatment is that? Are you saying I should pay them less money and resources too? Because they are women?" Her expression seemed to be waiting for any of them to speak nonsense.

"No of course not leader. I was just telling Aiming to chose from the many white face fresh meat outside so she can relax." Three hurriedly said making herbs break out in laughter. The others looked at him in gratitude. It was touch and go there for a moment.

"Go, here are your contracts little Three. Make lots of adorable Threes in the future for this great aunt to pamper." Amy said and the laughter rang out again.

"Can...can I not take it?" Ice king asked timidly as she kept looking at her crush.

"Is my gift too much of an annoyance for you little Ice?" Amy asked with a sweet smile. The girl panicked and quickly took to contract tanking her profusely.

"There is the last gift. These are made into artifacts by me. This is called a space stone if you send your mental power inside you will see a large space for you to carry your own things. But this is only possible if you drop the blood to recognize it as an owner."

"Even Yue, needs to use it in case your space is upgrading and can not be accessed. There is three more inside, there is a space ring (for your partner. Wink wink) a pair of earrings and a bracelet. They are not girly or you can change with the other people."

"The only way to access space from an artifact created like this by a proficient forger is to recognize the owner by dropping blood. If you die, I made it so the artifact will be destroyed beyond repair. Lets see you dares covet your things." She said with her chin up in disdain.

"Leader these are worth so much." Li Jie saw her expression and continued. "Thank you so much leader, this is great." He finished with invisible sweat on his forehead. He wanted to be polite just now, who doesn't want a magic ring that can store items?

They all expressed their gratitude. She gave them a lot of resources to keep in their own space. "I won't be sponsoring you for a long while so use these sparingly. Go and get the Supplies needed for your territory. The artifacts can keep fresh so don't worry about it going stale."

"Remember, you may all be kings but you are also family. It's fine to compete but trade with each other in peace. If you quarrel, your soldiers may kill each other."

"Leader we found a factory making soap. It will be one of the factories in our base soon." Li Jie said when she finished her speech.

"Great. Keep working hard. I want those crystal nuclei." She made them leave her. Amelia has no time to seat because she wants to turn the simple soldier uniform into low grade armor and middle grade armor, now that she has mystic dust.

Luckily she has higher level spring water. All she needs to do is to is to use alchemy and grind the dust into even smaller particles and then use the spring water to enhance their properties before casting a spell when the clothes are in the water fuse them.

This method is very effective but also very wasteful, no one will make use of spring water like this which is why there are several more ways to do it. But Amy couldn't be bothered, she will recycle the remaining water until nothing of the dust remains.

She didn't waste time and got to work.

I took liberty of taking the cream white and white colors off your hands." Amy said while they are stunned by 'light armor' words from her mouth.

Li Jie chose black.

Three chose red.

Luqi chose blue.

Yue chose deep grey

Aiming chose the deep green

Zhou Min who can control metal took a silver grey color.

The other color is khaki which Feng took to avoid brown.

Ye Yan took green

Bo took brown. These look like the hospital nurse uniforms. If not for the camouflage aspect it would be hospital nurse uniforms.

After they all finished picking Amelia said one thing and then left to rest. This time even her mental power couldn't be spared. " Those are all light armor. A normal bullet can't penetrate." She yawned and shut the door.
