Tang Xue Mei shook her head, Ming Beicheng wasn't around so she had to collect reports about the restaurant from Alex and Song Jia.

She was yet to collect today's report so she could not take a bath yet.

"Can you make dinner earlier and if i don't come down just know I'm asleep .."

Auntie Gu nodded and watched Tang Xue Mei walk up the stairs. She had made sure, she had gotten past the stairs before heading into the kitchen.

Tang Xue Mei tossed her indoor slippers to the side and got into the bed holding her laptop.

"Meow"

Lotus materialized by her side, this time she was snuggled against her stomach.

"Seeing you makes me less tired, Lotus and your fur is as soft as ever.."

Seeing Lotus has given her the energy she needed to open her laptop and give Song Jia a call.
