Lex's Move

— Lex's POV —

When Lilith turned and gave me that smile I already knew my cousin was up to no good and I was all in for whatever plan she had.

When she told me she wanted me to mess with that bitch Clara Silvia, I was ecstatic. 

There was nothing I wouldn't do for Alexi and Lili, they were my best friends. They were the people I turned to at my lowest and the people I celebrated all of my victories with.

"Flirt with her," Cassandra, my former assistant and now girlfriend told me as we leaned against the wall watching Clara. 

We were pretending to look bitterly at my cousin and Alexi, but I couldn't pull off looking pissed at the people I cared about the most. 

"You know I won't do that," I told her.

I knew Cassandra meant well, but she didn't realize I wasn't willing to risk our relationship for something like this. 

It might not have been smooth sailing for us the entire time, but I was happy and I loved her.
