Although Weiss had prohibited abilities from Zombie Survival Online in the game world of Cozy Vacation Life, he still allowed physical attributes to be inherited but with a limit.

The limit was none other than having at most E+ rank physical attributes if it was based on Zombie Survival Online's stats screen. In other words, the physical attributes of an E-rank Awakener and an S-rank Awakener in Cozy Vacation Life would be equal.

As for why Weiss allowed athlete-level physical attributes to be inherited in Cozy Vacation Life, well…

The players have to run, right?

It would be boring and anticlimactic if the players died due to a lack of stamina and physical attributes.

Of course, humans whose physical attributes were below E rank would be unable to benefit from this. It's no longer Weiss' problem but that player's problem.
