Personality: Antisocial, cynical, sharp tongued, sarcastic, Always mentally judging people and things, snarky, almost bored attitude, doesn't care about anything other than herself and what matters, more ideological and realistic and uses common sense and logic than being idealistic. Is more brain than heart.

Has a weird thing for eating peanuts when upset or angry but doesn't like peanuts. 

Background:

Born in a lab facility. Is a experimented human who has had serums injected into her before and after birth to create the perfect soldier for war.

One of the members of the 13 experimented children and one of the 7 survivors of Project 13.

Became a traitor to her country after her brother's death which was planned by Kentaro, the Commander of the Japanese military Force and surrendered to the Allies before joining them in the war against the rest of the world.

Dies and wakes up in Westeros.

The Katana that Akame posses has the essence of an imperial Dragon which gives the host a trait with fire and can summon a spirit dragon to help in a fight (although she barely ever uses it).

Background Information about the Modern World -

Another bloody war in human history, another Hitler emerged within the ruins, millions of innocent lives lost among the destruction of modern warfare, ruins of capital cities, many war crimes committed among countries and soldiers of old and young sent off to fight bloody wars.

Amid the chaos, Japan and a coalition of allied countries embarked on a covert and ethically questionable mission. Driven by the desire to create invincible soldiers capable of wielding these magical weapons, they engaged in human experimentation, funneling billions of dollars into secret projects. The result was the birth of a new breed of warriors—powerful, and difficult to kill, soldiers with the ability to harness the extraordinary capabilities of the enchanted armaments.

Soldiers who are stronger and faster than the average human, their five senses sharp just like animals, faster regeneration skills, immune to all poison and diseases known to man kind, cannot die by fire, the cold and radiation. They can go weeks without water, food and any rest.

These soldiers became known as the soldiers of Nebula or the Elite Soldiers of Japan.
